Tilly voting third party is the best we're going to do. Take the tie. ;)

Laugh all you want but for some of us not voting for Trump doesn’t mean vote for Biden either(he’s a disaster too).
Not voting for POTUS or voting 3rd party is taking a stand, they both suck. Should Biden win he likely won’t make it all 4 years and Harris is a cackling buffon.

Thank the Dems for not getting a better choice if they had gotten someone with more than half a pulse Trump would lose by 15 points.

I wish I lived in a reality where this was the case.

It’s not taking a stand. Sorry. Hard disagree. Voting third party over trump is voting for Biden and vice versa. So either choose trump or choose Biden but choosing “other” is imo a cheap abdication of your responsibility. It’s a way to say, “hey it’s not my fault I didn’t vote for either guy.” It’s virtue signaling. Because everyone knows one of those two guys is winning

Neither side has a monopoly on jerks or severely troubled people or worse. But it makes no sense to try to claim that this murderer, who has no apparent ties to the Democratic Party, is somehow indicative of the Democratic Party.

Nobody is voting for Biden with a clear conscience.
If voting for neither is signaling a virtue…so be it.

One party certainly encourages gender confusion.
I can understand how that would upset you.

Sure... because if the democrats had a different option the not-so-middle middle would love the pick: Harris the "cackling buffon [sic]" of course wouldnt do. Newsome of course wouldnt do. Whitmer - nope. Buttigieg? Please. Biden is about one of the most moderate Democrats there is and most of the "conservative but not socially illiberal" folks are still appalled to vote for him. It's ridiculous.

They dont get it, they live in a world filled with gaslighting from MSNBC and Fox.

I have seen it up close, lived it, worked it and it is clear:

I think it's clear: The shooter was a woman who sometimes used male pronouns. Clearly the Democratic Party is responsible for the murders.
No, wait. She went to a private, religious school. That means the Republican Party pulled the trigger.
And, Tennessee is a red state, so that really puts it on Republicans.
But Nashville is blue, so that means every Democrat is personally responsible.
On top of that, the killer was an artist. And we know which party supports art ...

I didn't say anything about a clear conscience. Or that everyone should vote for Biden for that matter.

One party believes that the treatment of people with "gender confusion" should be left up to medical professionals while the other party strongly dominated by intolerant theocrats believes that individuals with gender identity issues who by the way represent a very small percentage of the population should be denied care. Somewhat ironic I'm so old I remember when Republicans/conservatives used to warn about the danger of government intervening in personal medical decisions which should be between the doctor and the patient. They were right only it's so called conservative Republicans who believe that politicians and bureaucrats with no medical training know better than doctors and patients.

The S word was allowed while the F word was not. They were literally on Joe Lunardi's bubble and only one made the dance. :D

(Thats actually true btw, sans the Lunardi part)

I will vote for someone better than either because my one God given vote wont be wasted on either of them.

My "stand" is up to my own side.

I might write in Ronald Reagan's corpse. That would be an improvement.

It's true! The right has to earn my one single God given vote. At the POTUS level, they have failed. I will pull a lot of red levers on election day and probably write in a Tebow/Wuerffel ticket.

Please, please, please tell me that doesn’t include Mark Robinson for Governor. Please.

Robinson has promoted various far-right conspiracy theories, engaged in Holocaust denial, denied sexual assualt allegations against various prominent figures, and has often made inflammatory anti-LGBT, antisemitic, racist, anti-atheist, and Islamophobic statements.

first, your vote wasn’t given to you by god. Second, you’re wasting your vote. Why not save the poll workers some time and just skip voting altogether. That’s still taking a stand i guess if what you’re taking a stand against is your party’s candidate.
