Parramore has the advantage of OPD traffic so you could be right on that. As long as Pine Hills is unincorporated Orange County they will probably be held back. If he were going to do it, te houses like you pictured would be the way to go. That neighborhood was very nice until the late 80’s. And the lots are big
Keep in mind I didn't say 200k https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2210-Fontainebleau-Dr-Orlando-FL-32808/46144684_zpid/
Well I grew up just a few blocks from there and insure homes in those neighborhoods every day. I know what people are paying for them because I see the paper work often and see them for sale also.. Just the location being so close to UF makes them higher.
This house is larger and much better laid out than the one in original picture. Check some comps between pine hills road and Hastings and between balboa drive and 50. There was another section of those same homes east of pine hills road between Hernandez and 50
I think you’re referring to a different area. The picture first posted was from Pine Hills just west of orlando
You quoted my post and it was referring to a home just off of 34th street in Gainesville Florida. I see now that someone posted a picture of a house in Orlando under the quote talking about a home in Gainesville.
Maybe not quite double, but if you can find something that has four walls and a roof that isn't leaking, you're paying 200k or more to live anywhere that is location-centric like near campus in Gainesville.
Can you point out where he claimed that we wouldn't be using fossil fuels by 2024? Also, given current output, how much oil do you think we need to keep in reserve for national security?
object, inaccurately framed points and been down this rabbit hole false strawman argument. how much do we need for emergencies or to fight a war? far more than what we have now and back to where it was pre biden draining and more draining this summer.
So you have no clue. And you made an accusation about him reneging that was an outright lie. Good talk.
you push lies. biden is a failure on all of his energy policies and has endangered the us. that is fact.
You should probably look up the definition of the word : fact. Other than in Republi-ban fairy tale land, you are not using it correctly.
No, that is a narrative you like. A fact would be something like "ET has not provided evidence that Biden ever promised to get rid of fossil fuels by 2024 (which would be necessary for him to have reneged on a promise as you described) and is unable or unwilling to provide an optimal reserve in oil given current production levels." One of the problems many on the right seem to have right now is that they can't separate observable facts from narratives that they like.
Objected to false framing the first time, Now, it's a lie. Do your own damn research. Put back every barrel drained. You figure it out, lazy, it's your question, answer it. Just go back to what was in the SPR in 2022 before Biden started regularly draining. Lazy X2 and a lie as pointed out.
You are yet to say what is false about it. Not liking framing is not the same as it being false. Interesting attempt. Make a claim. When asked for specifics, call the person asking for specifics "lazy" because they won't do the research to back your claim. How about, since you made the claim, you figure out what the optimal amount is? I suspect it is because you really know very little about the SPR.
I suspect your comments fall in the dumber than a box of rocks category in addition to your lying and being lazy. I don't have to answer dumb unaccepted framing like the 2024 question as it is right out of BSville.
