I can understand him campaigning against Trump picking two more justices, but I don’t think him ripping the current SCOTUS was a smart move. He may need them in the future. Remember Obama had to tell Biden to stop mocking Roberts for messing up the Oath of Office.

This can be huge. I don’t recall a former POTUS ripping the court like this ever. Biden is his own worst enemy sometimes. There is nothing good that can come from this. And oh yes, Tinkerbell, Alito was a Bush nominee. Trump had nothing to do with Alito being on the court.

Where the “rip”? He said they were “out of step”, which is about as much of a SCOTUS “rip” as a Republican complaining about “activist” liberal judges for decades.

Much ado about nothing on this one.

Nice crop and edit of his words. Here’s the full text: “This has never been a court that’s so far out of step,”

That goes further than merely just saying the court was out of step.

And then there was this, where he assaulted a judge’s 1st Amendment freedom:
“he’s going to appoint two more [justices] flying flags upside down,”

Oh good grief. A ten second Google search found these rips of the Supreme Court by a former POTUS. I’ll let you guess which one. I’ll wait here while you contort yourself into distinction.

Dissing the Supreme Court | The Regulatory Review

    • “These horrible & politically charged decisions coming out of the Supreme Court are shotgun blasts into the face of people that are proud to call themselves Republicans or Conservatives.”
    • “The Justices ‘punted,’ much like in a football game (where hopefully they would stand for our great American Flag).”
    • “The DACA decision … a highly political one, and seemingly not based on the law.”
    • “The recent Supreme Court decisions, not only on DACA, Sanctuary Cities, Census, and others, tell you only one thing, we need NEW JUSTICES of the Supreme Court.”
    • “Do you get the impression that the Supreme Court doesn’t like me?”
    • “Courts in the past have given ‘broad deference’. BUT NOT ME!”

My hope is that we're able to get Kagan and Sotomayor out of there and Trump can appoint a couple of outside of the box justices that fly the American flag upside down when Biden is in office. Maybe they can both be from southwest Georgia too.

And my hope is that when Trump is out of the political scene the people who post nonsensical garbage on here like you do leave with him.

An “outside the box” justice? Do you even know how idiotic that sounds?

The irony is that you probably fancy yourself a great patriot.

And the funny thing about your South Georgia idol is that he really wants us to believe he’s just an average guy who likes to sleep in his RV in WalMart parking lots with his insurrectionist wife while failing to mention the RV he’s sleeping in was bought for him by his sugar daddy Harlan Crow.

I suggest you tone down your criticism and insults. I don't want you to become a political prisoner when President Trump takes office. Imagine if President Trump set up labor camps in Death Valley, CA. You don't want to be sent there.

As I posted earlier, more nonsense. You're a one trick pony whose schtick has grown tiresome.

Do you really think he does anything on his own? He does and says what they train him to. He does not have enough brain cells to figure anything out on his own. Not sure he ever did though the way he always made stories up and stole other peoples work.

Those are the same people that said that Trump won and is the true president yet figure out a way to criticize the past 4 years

Biden is absolutely right. During his second presidency he needs to start imprisoning all of MAGA for betraying America. God bless Joe Biden and all that he represents

Considering this Views of Supreme Court Remain Near Record Lows
Biden's criticism of the Supreme Court will help him much more than hurt him. When the voters in a number of states including "Red States" like Nebraska and Ohio had the opportunity to express themselves on the Dobbs decision they overwhelming voted to protect abortion rights. While Thomas and Alito were nominated by the Bushes, Senior and Junior respectively it was Trump's nominations of Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Coney-Barret they changed the balance on the Court and all three were confirmed thanks to Mitch McConnell's machinations. McConnell refused to even allowing hearings on Obama's nomination of Merrick Garland even though Scalia passed away 10 months before the 2016 election; Brett Kavanaugh may have never been confirmed if McConnell hadn't eliminated the filibuster for confirmation of SCOTUS nominees and although exactly the opposite of Mitch's logic in blocking the vote on Merrick Garland's nomination, he pushed confirmation of Amy Coney Barret when Ruth Bader Ginsburg's seat opened six weeks before the 2020 election.
