Hell of a response by FSU!

 

Why if your school colors were orange sherbet and white would you choose a light green glove to come out of the pen with?

 

We are to the first base side about a dozen seats. Grandson has an F hat and and am bald with a white and blue Gator shirt. Y am guessing we are outside camera view but don’t know.

Both teams are playing terrible defense. Is there anyway they can both lose?

 

My only goal for this game, since both teams cant lose, is for both teams to throw about 250 pitches and burn their staffs to the ground.

 

A brawl resulting in a double forfeit is always in the cards!

First time watching fsu, can't say much for their D but their offense is explosive. As much as I hate to say it, they have found a really good coach. To turn that program around so quickly says a lot. Like the football team they seem to hit gold in the portal.

 

Noles with a dinger now up 9-4 - top of the 4th...Vols on their 3rd pitcher.....

 

@GatorLurker had made the prediction about him being a superior coach a couple of years ago and, as you would expect, he seems to be very much correct.

 

Geez—Posey’s second trip to the mound reveals he also needs one of those man bras……

Vols answer and make it a 3 run game....bottom of the 5th 9-6!

 

Except for the terrible defense, game going as expected. Neither team with great pitching.
Warned a confident vol neighbor that FSU could hit. Question is will FSU bullpen hold down vol bats.

 

Christian Moore having a career game for the Vols. Only the 6th and he's already got the cycle. 9-7.

 

Back to a 4 run lead for Florida State and nice hustle by Dinges to scramble for that double! Top of the 7th....11-7!

 

Pray for extra innings

 

3 two out singles in a row cut the FSU lead to 3. With 2 on, the Vols had a chance to tie it up!

But the 3rd out bring the inning to a close.

On to the 9th........11-8 Noles!
