Oh I've never made a 'moral equivalency' because I'm really not interested in rating which barbarian or war criminal is worse/better, I just stated facts like Israel has stacked up more dead civilians and carnage than Hamas could ever dream of, with the help of the USA.

Why doesn’t NY state charge that group with a hate crime? Ok yeh, progressives say it’s okay to hate Jews and other who support a home nation for Jewish people.

Resentment over not being able to hate other people because you think other people are allowed to hate other people is an interesting position. In reality, it is not a crime to hate or say bad things about any group. If one of them started to hit somebody screaming about their religion, then it would be a hate crime.

No, not necessarily. Try to post with accuracy please.

Also, anyone clicking like on such a disputable post needs to reevaluate their relationship with the truth.

    Be better.

“Al Jazeera Media Network confirms that Abdullah Al-Jamal has never worked with the Network, but had contributed to an Op-ed in 2019 and that these allegations are completely unfounded,” Al Jazeera wrote.

you just did……In addition you do realize those casualties are by both strategic and tactical design. Hamas knows as well as everyone else they cannot take on the IDF in the open. Their own leadership accidently let it slip and labeled their civilian dead as a ‘necessary sacrifice’. Those are not BN words. So, who is responsible for the alleged ‘genocide’? The logical conclusion is the one who 1 stated the recent conflict. 2. labeled their deaths as necessary. 3. who continue to stage fighters, store weapons, conduct operations from and around civilian populations and uses ‘civilians’ to harbor hostages.

Israel is responsible for all the civilian deaths that were the result of their war of choice here, its pretty simple.

I'm not sure that the Israel's response to the October 7 terrorist attack can be called a "war of choice" unless one accepts the premise that Israel should not have responded following the murder of over 1,200 of its citizens and the kidnapping of well over 100 more especially considering that the terrorist organization responsible promised to repeat the act many times in the future.
Hamas official says group aims to repeat Oct. 7 onslaught many times to destroy Israel

They literally declared war, seems like a choice to me. Seems like retribution was a bigger priority than getting the hostages back. Like the US and Iraq, their right-wing government saw a pretext for a final confrontation/war they wanted all along.

Using your logic the American declaration of War on Japan following the attack of December 7, 1941 was also a "war of choice".

Pearl Harbor wasnt a terrorist attack. Hamas isnt a state, nor is Palestine for that matter. Why did they declare war?

You should try making sense with your posts, I know it will be tough. Perhaps learn how to talk without referencing movies from like 15 years ago.

Stictly speaking all wars are a choice but comparing it to Iraq is nuts. Israel directly attacked the perpetrator of the attacks - Hamas. By Hamas design, and to some degree Palestinians, Hamas is highly integrated into the Gazan population.

The Israeli opposition and most Israelis support the war in Gaza.

We tied 9/11 to Iraq, and "support of terrorism." Israel is saying the Palestinians by extension are responsible for 10/7. They arent quite the same but they were both pretexts to do some form of unilateral nation building based on long standing imperial ambitions. The Neocons wanted a Iraqi client state in the region, Israel wants to solve their Palestinian 'problem' their way, instead of the rest of the world's way.

C'mon, you cant possibly believe this when they are dropping bombs on urban areas. That's not even a counterinsurgency strategy. Their government makes no distinction between Hamas and Palestinian.
