The mere fact that its been authenticated as Hunter Biden's, stands as an indictment against your weaponized intel community, who felt it was its place to usurp the prerogative of the voting public to know the truth of the matter, and overtly obscured the lap top by dismissing it as fruit of a "Russian disinformation campaign". 51 intel experts signed a very public letter declaring it so.

Our intel community further deployed agents to meet regularly with social media companies ("Big Tech")--which is today's market place, newspapers, magazines of yesteryear--to manipulate the information permitted for the voting public's consumption--to favor one candidate over another. Precisely what the freedom of the press is supposed to protect AGAINST. The kinda' shit we used to mock and disdain the USSR, Cuba, China, etc., for pulling. Cooking info, to manipulate *election* results.

Your *non-existent*, *mythical* deep state-sat on the damning info on that lap top, permitting many causes of action sounding in corruption against the Biden's, to expire (ie-statutes of lims to run). Conveniently. Just...oops... (we were fed that hollow crock of shit gun conviction yesterday, as a cheap substitute for actual justice, so the DOJ could point to it and pretend not to be playing politics with the criminal justice system...).

i could go on, but go ahead and spike the football. You obviously want communism, and you're getting it. Continue cheering on the American politiburo and Pravda, while pretending to be for democracy, free speech, elections, freedom...

...and we'll just pretend not to see your Chicom puppet strings that have the marionettes *dancing* to a decidedly UN-American tune....

Lol at “weaponized intel community.” How did Joe manage to do that before he was elected? Use your brain.

    Dumb.

Joe isn't the godfather of the deep state; he was a useful tool. The laptop episode simply redounded to his benefit. He's expendable.

PS--you're still on ignore, so if I don't reply to your other idiotic takes, it's because I can't see them (this one was visible as the last entry before it got covered). Bye.

PPS--my apologies for having replied to your prior post; that was unintentional (had to hit reply to see the post; didn't mean to include it in reply to Sierra. Carry on...).

The supposed "laptop" (really a digital file), is highly suspect. Marcy has set it forth at length here with embedded links

Why does everyone on the right feel the need to mischaracterize what those intel experts said. Read the letter and it clearly states that they don't know if it's Russian disinformation but the circumstances have all the earmarks of a Russian op:

    https://www.politico.com/f/?id=00000175-4393-d7aa-af77-579f9b330000

We want to emphasize that we do not know if the emails, provided to the New York Post by President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, are genuine or not and that we do not have evidence of Russian involvement -- just that our experience makes us deeply suspicious that the Russian government played a significant role in this case.

Then they go on to list the reasons why they're suspicious of the information on the laptop so that people can make their own decision. They're very clear that they don't know for certain one way or the other.

What exactly is wrong with that?

Because they knew damn well it was legit, but used their cred to bolster the manufactured doubt about its authenticity. It was a bald faced lie, that green lit the dismissal of its contents under a faux shadow of being fruit of Russian disinformation.

How on earth would they know it's legit when no one other than the NY Post was given access to the laptop. Once again, they explain all their reasoning for concern.

Because it is helping them deal with their cognitive dissonance in supporting a convicted felon for President and gain retribution on those that caused them that cognitive dissonance (in their minds). They are desperately avoiding new cognitive dissonance by focusing not on the judicial system, which last week targeted only Republicans, and onto the intelligence community, as it allows them to keep the victimhood narrative alive without cognitive dissonance. The victimhood narrative is also important in them dealing with the cognitive dissonance of supporting a convicted felon for President.

With the left, it’s never what it seems. With Trump, it’s more than what it seems.

The laptop repair guy reached out to the FBI first; the FBI sat on the info and didn't do anything until Dec of 2019, when they seized it by subpoena.

Either way, the FBI had the lap top for from Dec 2019--well before the 2020 election. They knew it was legit, yet played games to let unwarranted doubt taint it as unreliable.

5.0 out of 5 stars Why must you read this book.

This book should have been titled, “How to destroy the family business and reveal government corruption.” The laptop provides firsthand knowledge of racketeering and conspiracy by the Biden family. The evidence is enough for investigations and possible prosecution. But the evidence may point to other serious crimes.

Did the Biden family do business with our enemies? Did their greed extend to revealing our country’s secrets? Was there a conspiracy to retain power through election interference, censure of information the electorate needed, and weaponization of law enforcement?

The laptop brings out a ton of questions, AND THE COUNTRY DESERVES ANSWERS. This book gives the electorate knowledge of how serious the threat to our country may be. It provides knowledge so they can direct government representatives what to pursue in order to get the answers .

THIS IS WHY EVERY AMERICAN SHOULD READ THIS BOOK.

What can I say, Miranda Devine, in plain English, reports facts about content stored on infamous Hunter Biden laptop. It is hard not to get political writing review of this book but I will try.

Why is this book important? Because it shows how corruption and disinformation tilted the scale in one of the most important presidential election . The extent to which mainstream media suppressed the news on huge conflict of interest of current president would make Joseph Goebels extremely jealous. Yes, it is that bad. It is two years past election, so now you can ask yourself, what would happened facts prevailed instead of silly partisan bias?

In any case, this book shows how first family is "run" from the inside. It is worth taking a look regardless if you are voting for Democrats or republicans. The point of this book is not just to show how conflicted Biden family is but rather to point that it is very important that whoever represents a most powerful contry on earth cannot be tied, corrupted by or dependent on any foreign power.

    Emphasis added.

Joe Biden: "I'm proud of who my son is today, but I won't pardon him."

Donald Trump: "What kind of father won't pardon his own son? Which would you rather do, have Joe Biden re-elected, get electrocuted by a battery, or eaten by a shark?"

Trump was convicted on made-up charges to protect Biden. Hunter received a sweetheart deal to protect Biden. It's all a smokescreen. Our DOJ is profoundly corrupt. Not weaponized by Joe. He's not smart enough to make that happen. Obama weaponized the alphabet agencies over his 8 years, and they will be gutted in 2025.

So....you think the FBI should have put a statement refuting the letter by the 50 members of the IC even though there was nothing factually inaccurate in that letter?

Please go on about how it's the left who reads too much into things.

Should I also quote your personal interpretations of Ashley Biden's laptop and Joe' granddaughter?

The mental gymnastics they will engage in to defend and support their orange god is truly astonishing. Hence the term " cult".
