The prosecutor is a Trump appointee who Biden kept on because the investigation into Hunter was ongoing:

David Weiss was appointed in 2017 under Trump as U.S attorney for the District of Delaware, and the Biden administration asked him to keep the position in 2021 while he continued his Hunter Biden investigation.

The plea deal didn't fall apart because the judge was concerned about blanked immunity or whatever you claimed:

The judge said she was concerned about a provision in the agreement on the gun charge that she said would have created a role for her where she would determine if he violated the terms. She argued such a role doesn’t exist for judges; the lawyers said they were only asking for the court to play a factfinding role as a neutral party in determining if a violation happened.

You are looking for an atta boy for not complaining or whining about a justice system that had its DOJ federal prosecutors conspire with the defense to draft a lifetime immunity plea with no precedent in legal history to make this all Go away and were only caught at the very last second by the only person that wasn’t corrupted ?
