not judging him… I have an opinion… just like art or music. I don’t judge someone for liking Nickelback I just make fun of Nickelback It doesn’t matter if I have an opinion. I’m sure AR won’t care… there’s gotta be an “only God can judge me” in that tatt somewhere right
Id venture to guess half the current Gator roster has tattoos. That’s just the thing with the younger generation now, it’s definitely not for everyone (especially the older “back in my day” crowd) to understand.
I'm surprised that the Colts would allow him to be placed under sedation (which has definite risks) for this type of non-medical procedure. I suspect he didn't tell them in advance, and that they didn't know. I would think that the contract you sign with an NFL team as a professional athlete allows the team to have a say in what elective medical procedures you can have. I'm not sure what kind of sedation AR would have received in a tattoo parlor. But any kind of sedation, if effective, comes with medical risks. I suspect the Colts, who have invested millions in AR's future, were not happy.
If getting a massive "tat" without telling the Colt's is his one big indiscretion, I'm guessing they can live with that.
I haven't followed AR that closely since he has gone pro, but I understand, in the locker room and off the field, he has been a great ambassador for the Colts organization. I applaud him divorcing himself from the "Gun" association with his initials. He seems to have his head on straight and making the most of his opportunity. Happy for him and appreciate he is a good ambassador not only for the Colts but for the Gators. Hope he fully recovers from injury and is back under center, starting, opening day.
Tattoos aren’t my thing, but to each their own. As long as it doesn’t negatively affect others, do whatever makes you happy. A lot of “get off my lawn” responses in this thread.
