The Gator Radio Network seemed to be committed to their national ESPN feed all day Sunday. Not sure how that works, but while ESPN TV announcers were so confused about what was going on throughout the game, I would have loved to have seen the Gator Radio team chime in.
I’m sure somewhere Mick Hubert was screaming, “Oh my!” And, Otis Boggs was screaming, “We wuz robbed…hold on, Gators win!”
I listened to WRUF the whole game while watching the game on TV. Just go to their website and click listen and you get the feed. For the most part they were as baffled as anyone. But mainly wanted to just play on.
There is also a WRUF phone app that works very well. Great for putting on Gator games in the car while traveling. Don't have to worry about finding the station.
I’m in Belgium (6 hours ahead of Florida, so kept falling asleep, but listened to the WRUF broadcast on the app
Florida vs Clemson - NCAA Super Regionals Go to the 5:18 mark. I wish I had a video to go with the radio call. That would be awesome. But the radio call was very good on this. Great job guys!
WOW! Thanks for that post. I decided to listen to the finish, but went to the nutty Clem tantrum earlier in the 13th. Then I let it run to hear the ending. I liked hearing Mikey's hit, but when Kelly yelled, "OMAHA!' I couldn't hold back a shout and a fist pump. I recorded the TV broadcast- including switching to ESPNU at the right moment. I won't delete that for a while, so you can come over to watch sometime this week.
