Could be a record number of ACC teams in Omaha.

 

I only watched FSU play against UF this year, that's one of the better lineups I can remember seeing all year. It felt like every single spot was capable of hurting you. I'm not sure they have the pitching to win in Omaha, based on pods I have listened to.

 

Their best teams always had a bunch of guys who didn't swing and miss much and would just poke you to death with ground ball singles until they get the big hit knockout punch. It appears to have taken Jarrett all of one year to recreate that formula. It's very annoying.

 

They got the third string backfield in yet?

 

The HP Blue in Knoxville has both Earls throwing it in a needle’s eye to get a called strike. As small a zone as I’ve seen in quite some time.

 

How refreshing—the Evansville Coach is in the third base coaching box and giving ol’school hand signals to run his offense.

If UT opens with FSU I think it should go 27 innings with a three hour weather delay mid game……but that’s just me.

 

I'd prefer we keep the title in the SEC and away from SWAC

 

Looks like Omaha will have a heavy SEC and Acc repesentation.
