Whatever UConn's AD is doing, we need to get some of that. When we played them in 2014, we were the two teams closest to breaking into the blue blood tier. They had three championships, we had two, if we won, we would have been neck and neck with them, but they won, and won two more championships after that. With three different coaches. The coaches change, the championships keep coming in. Super impressed with what they've done. Over the last 25 years they are the best team in college basketball. And no one else has had so much success with so many different coaches.
disagree, they were 47-35 with a crap coach, 47 wins is well beyond decent. 3 games behind the Mavs. AD played 76 games last year - so, yes.
yes on paper he would seem to be but personally I see him as potentially a Steve Kerr type, very high basketball IQ that would at least garner the respect of players. Of course there's no way he'll have the kind of success Kerr has had as a first time coach, but he does have potential
Hurley told his CT players the other day. I think he will take the 10 year deal at $7 or $8 million a year. Has leverage. Get out of the recruiting, portal and NIL madness.
Kerr has 5 rings as a player and JJ has zero. I would think that Kerr would have a ton more respect from players.
