When does the whining about being a political prisoner start?

Won’t start a new thread, but Alex Jones also had to sell a property to cover legal costs.

Why do these thugs continue to flagrantly break the law and thumb their noses up at authority? I thought they were the party of law and order? Doesn’t that mean respecting and adhering to the law? MAGA boys come help your buddy Coop out with an explanation.

Seems a bit backasswards to me that the proceeds will go to his lawyers and if anything is left over it will go to the families of the Sandy Hook victims who he defamed and was the cause of the action in the first place.

Heard he is appealing and may not go to jail until all appeals are used up. Delay delay until trump is elected and can pardon him.

I’m not a lawyer clearly, but would there be a separation powers issue if the president pardoned someone found in contempt by another branch?

Not to be cynical, but do you think Trump or this Supreme Court would care about that?

July 1. Is it any coincidence that his 4 month term coincides with the most important 4 months of the presidential race? I'm surprised they didn't have him start August 1, so he would be stuck watching the race in his cell.

someone really needs to do a family tree of all the felons in djt's orbit, have that on one side and the other side of the tree should be all those that have spoken out against him from his cabinet

compare and contract list name to name and let the people judge which group of people they should listen to

could have been avoided if djt didn't try and run out the clock on this one or Cannon would have got that case to court first
i'm going to stall till the last minute I can and then blame you when we're late..lol at that one

Bannon still has more time waiting on open case for charity fraud wher ehe didn't really build a wall. Do you think MAGA will support him here too when they were the subject of the fraud for a cause so central to their core

Alvin Bragg May Deal More Severe Blow to Steve Bannon (msn.com)

Meanwhile, Bannon also faces a six-count indictment in New York for an alleged charity fraud scheme. Bragg, who recently won a criminal hush money case against Trump, teamed up with New York Attorney General Letitia James, who won a civil fraud case against Trump in February, to bring the case against Bannon in September 2022. Trump maintains his innocence and has appealed the civil case and plans to appeal the criminal case against him.

Bannon, along with the non-profit We Build The Wall, Inc., was charged with money laundering, conspiracy and scheme to defraud in a scheme dating back to 2019.

Bragg said when the indictment was initially filed that Bannon could receive a maximum of five to 15 years in prison if he is convicted on the most serious charge of the case, Politico reported at the time.
