Got scores off and on most of the day while visiting my eldest in DC and then listened on my phone via WRUF (added in edit) driving toward Gainesville (end edit) until my phone ran out of juice. Then switched to my wife's phone and finally on my laptop in our motel room.

Gutsy.

 

Dang right. He put the team on his shoulder tonight. What a performance especially considering how piss poor the umpire was behind the plate. My goodness.

Great day for Gator diamond teams. We never quit!
I saw some fans mocking the chomp; bad move before the game is over.

 

We went to a deli in Silver Springs (MD, not Florida) today for lunch and I saw a woman with a Florida Gators visor. So of course I said "Go Gators" and she said "Hell ya, Go Gators".

 

Neely has grit and can deal when it counts. What an extraordinary performance in a must win situation. I hope it's not the last time we see him in a Gators uniform .... but he just jumped up many slots in the upcoming MLB draft. If I was a GM, I'd look to get him on my roster early on in the draft. Second rounder?

 

Watching game 10 min behind. Have to say, incredible performance from Neely. Warrior effort.

Can't forget Robertson with the run saving catch, Shelton with the 3 run HR and Wilson everywhere. What a day of Gator sports.

 

Here to pay my respects. What a day for all Gators! I'm so glad to see Wilson batting 3rd as others have suggested. He really limits the IBB to Cags and forces teams to pitch around him. I would not have thought we could win tonight with Kurland and Cags going hitless. That shows you how many other players are doing their part getting on, getting over, and stringing some hits together. That and a few awesome defensive plays held OSU to only 2 runs, one unearned. After losing Saturday I suggested Sully has to move Shelton and Heyman down a notch and put someone in their to support Cags better. Shelton and Heyman both came thru today, as did Wilson in a big way. Keep it going boys! Just about every player contributed in a meaningful way today between the two games. It will take that and more tomorrow.

Go Gators and hope we find a way to finish this thing tomorrow.
