(SB) Game Thread - Florida vs. Alabama elimination game, Sunday at 6pm on ESPN2

Line of tstorms will be through there by 3. Likely moved to 6 on espn2 to make sure abc keeps their 6pm time slot.

 

How lucky were we to get the early time slot for today's games? I can imagine UCLA and Stanford going into several extra innings and not leaving until after midnight.

 

Due to inclement weather, our Women’s College World Series matchup against Alabama is now scheduled for 6:06PM EST on ESPN2.

No Brown at 1st base. Considering the Gators recent offensive dip, pitching and stellar defense need to be the order of the day. I'm good with small ball. Plus, should she be needed, Brown can avoid the 1st base to pitcher sudden change.

I understand moving Falby, but might have picked the 9 hole.

 

If dropping Kendra all the way down to 7th, I think I would’ve dropped her on down to 9th to hopefully roll the lineup over.

I hate this in both NCAA tournaments. The higher seed should always be the home team. I understand the Final Series having the higher seed be the home team in 2 out of the 3.

 

We need Rothrock to be at her best. Alabama has a fairly weak off ense, but they have been timely hitting in the post season. And Beaver is another excellent pitcher we have to scrape some runs from.
