I know it's been a while, but how are there no threads on visitors? Supposedly this weekend and the next 2 or 3 CBN & staff are hosting a massive amount of high profile recruits. Hightop sports talks about it here: https://www.youtube.com/live/g_XojAaHM28?si=47v3f1chqf8Loquf
https://247sports.com/college/florida/Season/2025-Football/Visits/ Two commits are visiting this weekend (McCloud and Gasper) and 12 more are listed as visiting (on 247). I'm curious to hear how Antwann Hill likes the visit but Myron Charles is the one I'm most interested in this weekend. OVs on June 7th and 14th are LOADED.
Do visits even matter to fans anymore? It’s all about N$L now. I refuse to get excited about a kid that had a great visit and loves the vibes, to only sign with the highest offer.
I think it's both for most still. There are cash hunters for sure and percentage will likely grow each year.
yea that’s my stance now. And even more with how we’ve been record wise the last few seasons has had me leas enthusiastic than usual. Holla at me after the Miami game about recruiting

Thank you Bobby. My personal take from the On3, 24/7 folks is that the really highly rated players are making comments like: Yeah, I like UF, the facilities, the coaches and players, the tight locker room ..........buttttt......... I want to see what they do on the field first. June will be a big month from all appearances. And of course a committment in June is not a committment on early signing day. But it does have advantages and allows coaches to foster a relationship until ink hits paper. Napier has been pretty resilant selling his message and frankly I am impressed with how he salvaged an early signing day disappointment into a darn good accumulation of overall talent. I think the ranking, when considering recruits and transfer portal, has us now at 7th. I find that pretty impressive. Lets face it, this will go one way or another. Our guy works out or we start the process over again. Taking my O and B glasses off and looking at the schedule, I would say the odds are against Napier keeping his job. Josh Pate put on his board that SEC rankings have UF just above Vandy for LAST PLACE in 24. That is of course disturbing and unacceptable to UF. I am a big Billy supporter but 24 is a bit scary. If you believe Vegas (I think we dropped from 5.5 wins to 4.5 wins) and the SEC pundits, 24 will be a tough year for the Gators. Be that as it may, I'm all O and B and will hope for the best.
Would be a disaster. I'm saying, no way. But, do the odds makers(?) usually know things the rest of us cannot? I just don't see us losing 7 games. 5, maybe, but hoping we surprise. If we and Napier's staff are good I see us winning 5 before we play georgia.
I also expect to win 7 regular season games and think we have a real chance at 8. I also this team will have very few opt outs in a bowl game and will make an impressive showing. That will be a refreshing change and end the season on a high note. Of course if we do end up in a bowl game it remains to be seen what bowl games are going to look like going forward.
Lol, cmon now Bobby.....posting and reading as hard as you can on the recruiting board, don't give me "holla after the Miami game"
That is just speculation that CBN will not be on the field because of the Rashada thing, but UF seems to be signaling that they know what went down, and it doesn't affect CBN's standing. 4.5 is a really nice line to jump on. The wheels would really have to come off with the relatively experienced talent we have this year.

Yeah I would definitely take the over on the 4.5 wins. That's absurd. In fact if ya look around there are starting to be quite a few people starting to talk up UF as a sleeper team this years. The most commons thought between them is that 4.5 wins is waaay to low. Guess we'll see but our home game slate is great this year, we are older and more experienced than last year and brought in a ton of production on both sides of the ball. And let's not forget about our 6th year starting QB.
If our offensive line is average or better, we can win some games. If they are bad, we will be bad and that schedule is rough.
Agree. Even with a not so improved OL we have the hope our Defense is good enough to help us win those close games, or make otherwise difficult games winnable. Have to believe OL and overall Defense will be better.
