This will end the way it does for most high profile politicians. Trump will win the election and he will pardon himself. Same end result. However, I fear President Trump will seek retribution. Let me say I hope he does not. He can set the example for his legacy by taking the high road.

Yeah, he doesn't have jurisdiction to pardon himself for state crimes. He can try to run for Governor of New York if he would like to do that.
It is hard to disagree with that there. I have not kept up with the minutiae of this case, but the system was built to handle this if the jury got it wrong. That is what appeals are for. Let the system work itself out.
