Well, there is only one Prosecutor in the county where he committed this crime. I would suspect that the Erie County, PA prosecutor would struggle to convict on this crime that was committed in New York County, NY.

 

I have friends that listened to the entire voir dire. At least one of those jurors was more of the trump persuasion, and they screened out obviously political people.
Most of us thought it would be a hung jury along political lines - the fact that it is 34 counts guilty speaks volumes regarding the evidence.
