LOL the number of counts has nothing to do with how successful an appeal will be. Weird I have watched lawyer after lawyer and legal analyst after legal analyst on multiple networks say there is a strong chance this is overturned on appeal.
Any serious attorney knows how hard it is to turn overturn jury verdicts on appeal. Nobody with credibility is going to tell you it's a certainty. Is it possible? Yes. Is it likely? Doubtful.
