I'll start worrying about Biden's mental status when he can no longer properly punctuate a sentence, spell properly or forgets what capital letters are for. Those are certain signs of mental impairment.

Biden said the word pandemic instead of recession...you havent addressed that fact. Trump said that the revolutionary army took over the airports.. that Gettysburg was beautiful... and confused Nancy Pelosi with Nikki Haley a dozen times, and to this day claims, without proof the election count was manipulated enough to steal an election from him with no proof. And the list goes on and on an on and on.
