Seasoned pitching wins in playoffs. Softball series can be won with one dominant pitcher

My opinion is that we have the toughest pitcher to face in the first round. TX would have the second toughest.

These ladies got to the WCWS regularly starting 4 freshman, 1 sophomore, 3 juniors, & 2 seniors. I wouldn't be surprised if this isn't the youngest starting lineup to ever play in the WCWS. It is a great accomplishment and if they get drilled in Oklahoma City so be it. I look at this WCWS as sort of a spring training for when they return to Oklahoma City next year and probably will be the odds on favorite.

Anybody want to hazard a guess at which 2 teams make it to the championship best of 3?
I'll say it'll be Oklahoma vs. Oklahoma State.

Florida vs. Texas with the shorthorns coming back through the losers bracket only to lose 2-1 to the Gators. National Champions, Baby!

Falby needs to get out of her funk at the plate. I think we go as far as she can carry us. She sets the table for Otis and for Erickson behind Wallace. Skylar has carried the team during the playoffs. If the others come through, we have an excellent chance to win it all.

Right now we have Falby, Ava, and Mia that are really struggling at the plate....Mia's dinger was huge but her only hit in the last 6 games. All three are well under 200 in postseason

Falby needs to flip with Otis. The opposition has slapping exclusively to left covered, not getting on base.
