Why is Trump even running? (For president, we know why he's running from the law, through trial delays.) If Biden and the Dems stole the last election, Trump doesn't think they will do it again? Trump: "Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice, shame on you times two!"
You mean the guy who notified the DOJ and the FBI after the documents were discovered in the garage next to his Corvette and invited the FBI to search the garage while also voluntarily returned the documents in contrast to the guy who claimed that he was the victim of a raid even though the search of his premises was conducted pursuant to a valid search warrant issued on a finding probable cause that he was illegally squirreling documents, including ordering his employees to move the documents to prevent their discovery and then having the audacity to claim that the search was an attempt to assassinate him even though he was notified of the search in advance and wasn't even present at his estate in Palm Beach where the search was conducted but almost 1,000 miles away at his residence in New York City.
The people who don't see the differences don't have the kinds of brains that can understand the differences. I've come to the conclusion that it's like trying to explain long division to a canine.
I wonder if they even read something like the post you quoted. Or if they're just like "I don't need any of them dang......FACTS!"
One of them is a billionaire asking for money from those living paycheck to paycheck to pay the billionaire's legal fees
Definitely just a crime organization. "Respecting the judicial process" is less important than supporting the crimes of the criminal-in-charge. Former President Trump’s adviser Chris LaCivita said that former Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan (R), who is running to become one of the state’s next senators, has just ended his campaign with remarks he shared in the lead-up to the decision in the former president’s hush money case. Minutes before Trump, the Republican presumptive nominee, was found guilty on all 34 felony counts in the Manhattan hush-money case, Hogan shared a Thursday post on the social media platform X, saying that “regardless” of the outcome, Americans should respect the legal “process” and the verdict. Trump adviser on Hogan’s verdict remarks: You just ended your campaign
I think what they are saying is : "We will hijack the political process if you don't let our criminal commit unchecked crimes." Eight Senate Republicans, led by Mike Lee (R-Utah), are vowing to oppose major legislation and Biden nominees led by the Democratic Senate, following guilty verdicts for former President Donald Trump in New York. The move could further bring legislative activity in the upper chamber to a slog. https://www.politico.com/live-updates/2024/05/31/congress/gop-senators-new-vow-against-dems-00161031
Ripping off those that can least afford it has a pattern to it with Trump. From an article on the fake Trump university: Trump University: A Look at an Enduring Education Scandal And in his bankruptcies that while Trump was not affected, his employees were not so lucky https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...-trump-declared-bankruptcy-four-or-six-times/
"Little" Marco Rubio compared the trial of Trump in New York with the show trials in Castro's Cuba. Seems that these are more apt comparison between Donald Trump and Fidel Castro. Both are photos of charismatic authoritarian demagogues delivering speeches before thousands of admiring supporters.
How long until they actually cheer for attacking and hurting cops on J6? Several Pa. House Republicans boo officers who defended Capitol on Jan. 6. ....several GOP lawmakers hissed and booed, with a number of Republicans walking out of the chamber in protest. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2024/06/06/pennsylvania-house-republicans-capitol-walkout/
What happened to Back the Blue? Oh, right, the party of relative morals. They only give lip service to principles, and when it comes down to it, they will cast aside their principles for just about anything. The modern GOP is disgusting.
Always thinking about how they can better protect their criminal.... House GOP leaders whip bill to counter state charges against Trump The legislation, which two centrists indicated to POLITICO has no shot at passing, would allow both current and former presidents to move state cases to federal courts. https://www.politico.com/live-updat...rists-throw-cold-water-on-trump-bill-00162354
MAGAts now are selling merchandise and publicly stating, "We choose the convicted felon." This reminds me of the Goodfellas scene when Henry takes his first pinch and everyone is proud of him for keeping quiet.
