Contemplation of a possible nucelar war

Yep, getting in to gun battles and fist fights over who gets to eat that dog down the street. No thanks

 

How many nukes does an Ohio Class with Tridents pack? Damn near enough to knock out what? 50 cities??

 

If we are ever stupid enough to do an all out nuclear war, our species deserves to go extinct.

 

Probably can google that so I'm not going to comment.
But the saying when I rode Nuke SSBNs was that we effectively became the third most powerful nation in the world when we cast off that last line.

 

But does every other species of life with which we share the Earth?

 

of course not. A nuclear war must never be fought.
