We have 3 LBs who have played meaningful snaps so experienced depth there would be helpful. If Nunnery wants to come back as a walk on, then there's little downside.

I think this season we will need every possible "body" that is available in the linebacker room. It's a long season against many good teams.

Wingo and Graham were out this spring, and Childs hasen't even arrived yet. Thank goodness for Pup, but we will need all available hands on deck for this room. If Nunnery would come back with a proper attitude I agree Ahab, UF needs quality depth.

It’s a tough call for sure. Our linebacker room has sucked for about as long as our defense has sucked. But go back and read his farewell letter — I don’t want that kind of toxicity anywhere near our locker room, and I’m not naive enough to believe a person can do a complete and lasting 180 that fast

Can't argue Skink, that was ugly on Nun's part. Thats why I posted "Trust the Coaches". It's up to them to determine if "he wants to come back" to set the conditions for return. Much like McClain I would thing the leash would be very short.

I think the Nunnery situation is worse than McClain. All he did was troll us on ESD - he was never a Gator until a couple weeks ago. Nunnery chose to quit our team and publish nasty comments about us on the way out the door. I still say screw that kid and hope Billy feels the same way.

And this wasn't his first run at the portal, as I recall. I honestly don't see this guy as anything but trouble after this latest go-round, and I think we've had quite enough of that as it is.

Once again, I can't disagree my good Gator. Just shows you, that it's INSANE, to get on twitter (X), facebook, social media and what have you. You post something stupid, it NEVER goes away. (totally off subject, but I heard yesterday on the radio that 2 idiots MURDERED someone and decided it was cool to
get on social media and bragg about it and post pics from the scene, I ain't exactly the brightest bulb in the room but even I know better than to do that stupid shit).
    They were arrested. (shock)

I'm all in with the staffs decision though, whatever it may be. We Gators are going into Nape, year 3. I will continue to
look "forward", not back and support him the best I can. I'm still in shock that right when it looked like Gator football was
picking up steam and mojo for the summer we get the double whammy from Rashada and our fast driving recruit.

If he comes back, hope he males the staff and team look good. Could happen. Shame we might need him but so it goes. He is probably fortunate our LB group has little experience and he may be better with the newer staff.

Yeah, I can’t really think of a national championship team that has their player talking shit about their coach on the Internet

I have a friend who, if I showed up to his house with a body in the trunk, would help me get rid of it. Of course, he would want to take pictures of it because he thinks he's Mr Wang (no offense) and he would want to tell to everyone because he likes to talk.

Moral of the story: Who you involve in the coverup is more important than the coverup.

I agree and keep seeing in my mind that video someone posted a while back of Nunnery not even bothering to try to rush the QB. I can't get that out of my head. He made no effort, and you can see that the oline guy was like "WTF"?? That wasn't just bad, it was disgraceful.

I suspect Nunnery wants back, because other schools looked at his film and said NYET!!

Add his crappy words on departure make me even less excited about him.

Minimally he would have to learn what a verb and a noun is, and then promise to never post again until he graduates. Maybe a couple years after graduation.

We will have 7 linebackers available for 2 positions all were 4 star or better, except Robinson and he was a 3 star out of Alabama and played some last year.

Moten is now up to 230 lb and impressing the coaches.

Chiles who is not on campus yet, may have the most potential of the group.

Including Moten, we now have 5 guys with actual playing experience. IMHO James and Howard are all SEC, if they stay healthy.

I think it is a pass on Nunnery. I don't see how he adds value with his poor attitude.
