I'm very very angry at President Fauci too, for making poor little Donald do all the wrong things on covid. He even made him create a deadly vaccine that has killed millions and millions of people!!

Also, the economy was doing so great before President Fauci ruined everything; all we had to do was cut taxes for top earners and corporations and pay the trillions of dollars back LATER!!

It was awesome - under Trump we got to have FREE STUFF*!!!

    * or at least stuff that someone ELSE would pay for! :)

Another complete historical whitewashing. Trump initially tried to pretend Covid was NBD including throwing out the previously established pandemic playbook.

No Trump supporter should ever call anyone else a liar.

Trump took over in 2017 inheriting a mature economy. Mature economies generally grow at 2.5% to 3% and very difficult to derail. Remember Trump promising 4%, 5%, and maybe even 6% growth?!? He tried. He massively cut taxes and increased spending. And what did we get for it? First three years, we grew at an average of (drumroll please), 2.67%.

The growth trends, unemployment trends, and market trends for Trump's first three years mirror the trends of Obama's last 6. Slow recovery after the last recession marked by 2.5% to 3% growth, and slow reduction of unemployment.

COVID derailed the world's economy, as global pandemics tend to do. But since Biden took office, the US has one of the, if not the strongest economy in the world. We also have one of 10 lowest inflation rates. It's not Obama's/Trump's mature economy, but so many variables have to land right to enter a period like that. And we're still recovering from COVID.

Trump is no magician. If we elect him again, the economy isn't going to magically return to 2017. In fact, Trump's stated anti-immigration and desire to deport millions in our workforce, massive tariffs, and desire to devalue the dollar will all cause massive inflation. And could cause recession, especially if we can't replace the millions of deported workers.

We also got bigger deficits, at a time we could have been moving towards no deficits. From the party of fiscal responsibility.

Biden gives the American people the middle finger salute. To try to win Michigan, he acts in his personal best interest rather than the interest of the country.

Nolte: 79% Support Israel’s War Against Hamas, Want Terror Group Removed (breitbart.com)

Full poll with wide ranging issues:

    HHP_May2024_KeyResults.pdf (harvardharrispoll.com)

Despite the best efforts of the corporate media and academia, a huge majority of Americans still side with Israel in its ongoing war with Hamas. People also believe Israel is doing everything possible to minimize civilian casualties.

By a margin of 79 to 21 percent, a Harvard Caps Harris Poll of 1,660 registered voters found that those surveyed support Israel over the terrorist outlet Hamas. By a clear majority of 69 to 31 percent, registered voters said they believe Israel is trying to minimize civilian casualties.

By another clear majority of 66 to 34 percent, those surveyed said they would only support a ceasefire if the hostages held by Hamas are released and Hamas is removed from power over Gaza.

Come November, the American people will show this tone-deaf Dictator the door. You're Fired!

Uh-oh!! Huge donor for CRAPS-IN-HIS-PANTS-AT-PORNO-HUSH-MONEY-TRIAL Trump is donating to RFK Jr. instead. It's a real battle over who can out-vaccine-kook the other!!

Key Trump donor Mellon gives RFK Jr super PAC $5 million more

A super PAC supporting Robert F. Kennedy Jr's presidential campaign received $5 million in April from Timothy Mellon, the latest donation the 81-year-old banking heir has made to the independent candidate, according to a monthly filing released on Monday.

The donation from Mellon, who has been a key backer of Republican candidate Donald Trump in recent years, to the Kennedy-supporting American Values 2024 comes after already giving at least $20 million to the Kennedy super PAC.

Good man! Mellon knows RFK Jr. hurts Biden far more than Trump. In a way, Mellon is betting on Trump. Thank you, Mr. Mellon.

Everything Biden and Blinken does turns to crap:

Ending Sanctions and Visa Restrictions against Personnel of the International Criminal Court - United States Department of State

    APRIL 2, 2021

Today, President Biden revoked Executive Order 13928 on “Blocking Property of Certain Persons Associated with the International Criminal Court (ICC),” ending the threat and imposition of economic sanctions and visa restrictions in connection with the Court. As a result, the sanctions imposed by the previous administration against ICC Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda and Phakiso Mochochoko, the Head of the Jurisdiction, Complementarity and Cooperation Division of the Office of the Prosecutor, have been lifted. The Department of State also terminated the separate 2019 policy on visa restrictions on certain ICC personnel. These decisions reflect our assessment that the measures adopted were inappropriate and ineffective.

Joe Biden rescinded a Trump executive order with sanctions on the ICC. Complaining now about the ICC issuing arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Hamas leaders by Biden and Blinken rings hollow, more of Biden saying things for public consumption and doing things differently in practice:

Biden says ICC move on arrest warrants for Israeli leaders "outrageous" | Reuters

WASHINGTON, May 20 (Reuters) - U.S. President Joe Biden on Monday slammed the International Criminal Court prosecutor's application for arrest warrants for senior Israeli officials including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, calling the move "outrageous".

"And let me be clear: whatever this prosecutor might imply, there is no equivalence - none - between Israel and Hamas. We will always stand with Israel against threats to its security." Biden said in a statement.

"Fundamentally, this decision does nothing to help, and could jeopardize, ongoing efforts to reach a ceasefire agreement that would get hostages out and surge humanitarian assistance in," Blinken said.

While it is a toothless act by the ICC insofar as the arrests being made, the issue of the warrant on Netanyahu rachets up the heat of antisemitism around the world.

Biden Publicly: I condemn the ICC for issuing these arrest warrants.
Biden Privately: Way to go ICC, just what we wanted you to do.

November can't get here fast enough.

I can't wait for your Trump victory party celebrations in November. They should be as epic as Matt Bevin's. The rest of your post was crap. Biden did the correct thing on both issues and you look foolish whining about them.

Yes, I have noticed most of your posts are dishonest (intellectually), such as this response. There's no reason to reproduce multiple paragraphs of a post immediately above a response, it's wasteful of time and pages. You routinely ignore posters questions, and comments and respond only on a tangent if at all.

    Could be a strategic mistake.
RFK Jr. candidacy hurts Trump more than Biden, NBC News poll finds

Extremely anecdotal, this past weekend my son and I participated in a group bike ride in a rural Virginia county that voted for Trump by something like a 70 to 30 percent margin in the 2020 election. We saw a large banner in the front of one house with a caption similar to the one in the photo below.

Would likely be the first election where Mellon didn’t financially support the R candidate. Hard to interpret that as good news for trump

coleg, I know the truth hurts, but you are taking a dishonest approach. Have it your way, but your dishonesty only proves my comments that you chose to cut to be accurate.

You are roundabout violating board rules as one is supposed to publish comments along with the links. I saw another poster rebuked just yesterday for not making any comments beyond posting the link.

You did nothing more than cut my comments, not address the content, and chose to instead attack me for my post and comments. Good attempted bullying, not.
