Very bizarre story developing here as I have very strong doubts that the helicopter carrying the Iranian president simply ‘disappeared’ and the Iranians have no idea where he is. That doesn’t happen unless there is a very distinct explanation for it. Frankly, something like Mossad would be a plausible explanation and I wouldn’t be mad at Mossad if they did it either. In any event, very strange things occurring on the world stage in the past few years to say the least. Waiting for facts to come in but the ‘vanished into thin air’ makes me think he was taken out by someone.
It’s definitely a huge story developing that will dominate headlines for at least a week or more. That is, unless he turns up unscathed in a few hours and it was all just a big misunderstanding. I’m also guessing Iran wouldn’t let this leak unless it was a serious situation.
"Hard landing" is as definitive as "lower body injury." Sounds more like they're trying to figure out who to blame. I think the people already suspect he's dead.

Probably neutral, as we all know the Mullah’s have the real power. So I wouldn’t bet an anything. I guess it adds some unpredictability. Will the people who want freedom and want the theocracy thrown out use this to finally get it done? Probably not. We’ve seen widespread protests against the Mullahs and their secret police before. But this might be their best window yet if it plays out that he’s deceased.
A quick google says they make their own helicopters. Hard pass by me getting on an Iranian made vehicle that flies after the drone debacle attack on Israel. Seems like they would have done more damage flying their president to Israel than they did sending 300 drones or whatever.
