Coming into the series, Gators were -4 in run differential in the 5th-7th. Usually, this is when SEC teams beat up on the "little sisters of the poor" in the non-con season & the 2024 Gators have the fewest runs in the 6th of any 1st-8th inning.

I suspect these two things have the same root problem, though I can't put my finger on what that problem is other than, "Don't beat the pitchers we're supposed to beat."
