    Solid defense by both teams so far. Well-played game, moving right along. Certainly closer than expected, given the FGCU pitcher is a freshman.

    The announcers bring up a good point. Earlier in the year FGCU looked terrible in the field. Today they've made some stellar plays.

    Way to go Avery. I love this kid. She has accepted her role without complaint and just continues to keep her head up and give it her best for her teammates.

    I LOVE IT!! CTW let's Avery bat in a critical situation - and she comes thru!! She'll be smiling all weekend! Good for Avery. She deserves it.
