If we all thought AH was a murderer, we would’ve kicked him off the team. The shit that flies in Tally doesn’t fly in Gainesville. Our guys steal credit cards which in my book is still pretty serious and they miss a season and sink the entire season for everyone. There aren’t many gators supporting him in any fashion. For Jameis sake and the multiple women, I hope he didn’t do anything of the sort but I have my doubts.

Jamies - Under serious investigation BEFORE AND DURING the season that FSU won the NC for a very serious allegation of forcible rape for which there was ample evidence. Didn't miss a game.
Hernandez - Bopped a bouncer and as @Distant Gator posted: "Officer Ben Tobias, .... said Wednesday. ...Hernandez was never a suspect.” Even though Hernandez turned out to be an even bigger scumbag than Jamies, THE SITUATIONS AT THE TIME THEY OCCURRED HAD NOTHING IN COMMON.

I request that you stop throwing shade at UF. Hernandez got whatever punishment he deserved for his transgressions while here at UF, but unfortunately not even the University has a crystal ball to enable them to foresee the awful things he did.

This is off topic, but I will take a stab at your question.
If you are referring to Hernandez then my answer is no. I didn't know he was a criminal while he was playing for UF. Whereas, Jameis was doing crazy/stupid/illégal what have you things that everybody knew including me. Also, I didn't like him because he played for FSU. I despise FSU for excusing/shielding bad behavior.

 

He's family now, we embrace the kid and help him succeed.
