Apparently the 13 students who were fasting gave up but not surprisingly, there are seven other idiots who have taken their place.

One question and a comment. First, being photos showed that several of the students who gave up were obese and needed to mix in a salad anyway, hopefully some good came of a really stupid decision. Second, being this next wave of students won’t make it any longer than the first group, are there any more dumb asses left on the Princeton campus to try a third time?

Are they now trying to have a relay-team hunger strike?

First there was intermittent fasting .... now there is temporary-replacement fasting.

Well it looks like we have found another offense that is the equivalent of protesting for Palestinian rights and punished similarly under UF rules, although in this case they actually waited until the offender was officially the subject of criminal proceedings, so arguably protesters are treated more harshly

GAINESVILLE — The University of Florida on Saturday banned a student from its property for three years whom the Justice Department accused of being involved in a multimillion dollar scheme to divert biomedical samples of dangerous drugs and toxins from a campus laboratory to China.

Nongnong “Leticia” Zheng, 21, a senior marketing major in the business school and president of UF’s Chinese Students and Scholars Association, has not been formally charged with any crime. She confirmed in an interview Friday that the Justice Department notified her a year ago she was a target of a grand jury investigation and could face prison or deportation.

Once we capture all of the Hamas terrorists, we should force em to eat Olive Garden food.

That would be true cruel and unusual punishment. :D

P.S. same for Checkers, McDonalds, Burger King, TGIF, Applebees, Dennys, and Waffle House.

Bibi isn’t exactly beloved here so some level of discontent would be expected, (I don’t like him either), but it’s a much more nuanced story than that one question.
Majority in U.S. Say Israel Has Valid Reasons for Fighting; Fewer Say the Same About Hamas
    https://www.timesofisrael.com/poll-...jews-feel-close-to-israel-not-its-government/
What’s fascinating in the one you posted though is that those who are wanting a freeze tend to skew young, and that it is driven in part by their worry about interactions here, not necessarily about policy.
I would also wonder whether war fatigue is maybe settling in, especially after the last “mistake” by the Israelis. Wiping out Hamas is an impossible task, and the deterrence point that Israel can fight back has been more than made. The benefits at some point just aren’t there anymore against the negatives, folks are less concerned about the Palestinians and more concerned about what this is doing to Israel long term. It’s already isolated them and some countries are unilaterally calling for or recognizing a Palestinian state.
    But interesting nonetheless.
