Trump is not frozen in any way. All you need to do is watch his movements to know this. The real context is that Trump was 1 hour and twenty minutes into a completely on point coherent speech. He said more coherent words and sentences in that hour twenty than Biden has said in the last 3 1/2 years! If you notice or even tried to watch more of the speech before and after this out of context clip you notice music started playing after the two second sentence you ignorantly copied and pasted. Trump was clearly and simply in control by all body, hand and head movements and was pausing to add effect given the introduction of the music. He then entered into the final 12-14 minute summary of his coherent hour and thirty-seven minute speech with this music still playing in the background. You tds people really need help!!!!
