Absolutely correct except for the fact that Trump's own attorneys accepted the jury. Let's not forget that they could have struck prospective jurors using their peremptory challenges and if a juror was really biased they always had the option of challenging that juror for cause and also let's not forget that Trump's own attorneys actually allowed Stormy's testimony when they should have objected and in fact Judge Merchan entered objections on behalf of Trump when the Donald's own attorneys failed to do so.
