No, I don't know that because it is factually incorrect across the board. willfully ignorant you are. perhaps you should join his legal team and get the charges thrown out because your knowledge is superior to the prosecutor, the state supreme court justice, and the entire legal profession. you sir, are a genius..smdh at the "legal minds" on faux news youa re parrotting. the crimes started in 2015, you didn't read the indictment or any information provided to you so I will not waste any more time trying to educate someone who has no interest in reality. go gators

You remind me of a kid who puts his fingers in his ears and claims he can’t hear anything anyone is said.

The state of New York charged him with falsification of business records in the first degree 34 times. It is a felony. It was elevated due to the fact that he helped commit/conceal a federal crime by committing this crime. All of which is consistent with New York state law.

I hate to laugh at someone I agree with but LMAO.....my comment was aimed at Gatorchamps. He mentioned the 3 digit IQ crowd I simply said his IQ was in the 001 to 024 range. You thought I was talking about you and took offense.

Who are you to challenge anyone's IQ? I think Gator Country must get a tax break for allowing you to post here.

Yes, but not about the president. And I would have expected it to have been a democrat making the argument. Not someone from the party of law and order.

I'd challenge yours any day. Only an idiot would throw around as many insults as you do. It is almost like it makes you feel important to toss around childish insults. It is something you can't deny the record is out there.

This is interesting. Would seem to indicate loose access control to classified documents at MAL.

Jack Smith reveals latest photo evidence in Donald Trump case

Two images of classified documents were found on a phone owned by Donald Trump's valet, federal prosecutors have claimed in court.

Prosecutors will call a phone expert to show that valet Walt Nauta allegedly shared one of the images in a text message. If true, this could help convince a future jury that Trump did not secure classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, and that staff had access to them.

So prosecutors don’t even know which of three possible crimes were committed. Thank you!!! Sounds like throwing crap on the wall and seeing which on sticks. Is that how you truly believe our legal system is designed to work?

You really spent all that time on no legal argument. What media source are you getting this from? I am asking a simple question and you obviously have no answer. Is this really how you want all former presidents to be put through our legal system? What is the felony you want?

Point to one person saying this. You are making stuff up. And that misdemeanor hasn’t even been proven. You need to quit while you’re behind. Why can’t you or anyone provide ANY prosecution opening statement of the specific elevating charge or state what the jury is supposed to deliberate? It’s a sham and you are all exposed. Say what you want but a murder defendant k it’s what crime is being charged. A rapist knows what charge is being presented. NOBODY has identified anything g other than feelings thus far. Very typical.

Ignorant as that is not what this case is about. NY law alone does not get this to trial. So again specify what I’ve asked over and over.

Reading comprehension isn't your strong suit. It doesn't matter which of the three crimes the prosecution uses. It only matters that Trump is guilty of the falsification of records and this crime can be linked to one of the other three crimes. Do this successfully, and the jury will likely convict.

Again, I'm astounded Trump hasn't hired you as his attorney. Sounds like you would've had tos case dismissed in seconds! But Trump's actual lawyers must be completely incompetent! Or, you're full of it, don't care about the facts, and far beyond biased that the facts wouldn't change your mind anyway.

It is found in the Michael Cohen guilty plea. His plea was that he caused an unlawful corporate contribution and that he made an excessive campaign contribution. Trump falsified records to cover up his role in this crime.
