One of the 5 told a family member he didn't rape the kogger but he held her legs down. That alone is enough to get a rape conviction. Your argument seems to be that none of his DNA was found in a swab or the lady:s cervix/vagina so he's innocent. Could you be more wrong? Not only is there no DNA evidence connecting the CP5 with the victim, no eye witnesses can place the CP5 and the victim together in the park. The 5 and the jogger were in the park at the v same time, but Central Park is huge. No DNA and no trace evidence can connect the CP5 to the victim. And the chances of the 5 gang raping her and leaving behind nothing is impossible. It's why the 5 were exonerated.
