Russian sabotage on German soil? what should NATO do if Russian operatives are attacking facilities on NATO soil? Feels like a major escalation

Fire Erupts at a plant making key defense missiles, toxic chemicals at risk (msn.com)

In Berlin, a fire broke out in Diehl Metall, a metallurgical plant that produces IRIS-T air defence systems and ammunition for them.

The plant stored dangerous substances, including sulfuric acid and copper cyanide. Residents have been advised to take special precautions, including closing windows and staying indoors to avoid potential poisoning. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.

The IRIS-T SLS is a short-range air defence system that utilizes IRIS-T missiles. Originally developed as air-to-air weapons, their design was influenced by an analysis of the Soviet R-73 missiles.

Among the IRIS-T missiles users are the German Eurofighter Typhoon jets. A key feature of the IRIS-T missile is its ability to control the engine thrust vector, enabling it to effectively target highly maneuverable objects. The missile can be launched in various modes, both before and after acquiring the target, making it a formidable option against Russian attack helicopters.

Look for more of this, and yes it could very well happen in the US too.
Let's be honest WWIII is already underway, it just has not escalated to a nuclear, extinction level event. Hoping it never reaches that level. Asymmetrical warfare, sabotage, cyber, you name it. Here we are.

Is Germany initiating an Article IV consultation, or are they just letting it go?

Back to Ukraine. Over 100 Russian soldiers were killed in an attack with multiple ATACM missiles used. Looks like somebody is not completely out of ammo.

Putin humiliated by the massive loss by Russian gas giant Gazprom. It's the worst economic loss in 25 years for Gazprom. Basically, Europe has flushed Putin down the toilet.

    How Putin’s gas empire crumbled

Between this and the massive cyber attack it would seem warranted if they can tie the fires to a russian agent.

Yeah, we are on something like day 800 of Russia's 3 day war. Whatever happens in Ukraine, Russia lost once it stretched out to over a month.

This will cause a massive and random bombardment of an apartment building somewhere in Ukraine. It’s how Putin rolls.

As a consolation prize Russia gets the Donbas, better control of the Black Sea, untold riches from captured mineral deposits and staggering agricultural riches. No NATO membership for Ukraine. No nuclear missiles pointed at Moscow. No more artillery shelling of ethnic Russians in the Donbas. Demilitarization and de-nazification. Putin will time Ukraine's unconditional defeat in the Donbas to humiliate Biden before the elections. The Breadbasket of Europe will belong to Russia.

Azov battalion and others are are starting to disobey orders. If Russia wants it can destroy every bridge on the Dnieper river. The Ukraine any would be trapped and could not be resupplied. But Comrade Putin is merciful. He's giving your team the ability to flee. For now.

As Putin and the Russian people like to say: "Our Strength is in Truth."

as stated, if this conflict shows anything it’s that Russias strategy hasn’t changed in 100 years. They are engaged with a county with basically no Air Force. Very limited naval forces and paper thin air defense along with sharing 1600 miles of border land and sea and Russia isn’t capable of extending any combined arms operations more than 50 miles from their border. But yeah sure. Strength is truth sounds cool.
