Yeah, I think the world wide sporting community will be watching, Vegas will release odds, ALL of Sports Journalism will discuss, track and maintain a news cycle on this, until we know the answer. WOTS from my sources tell me Brazil might even give up Futbol until this is settled. It's just THAT important!
Gatorhead next time you visit your sister try the Cotton Exchange on River Street. Best shrimp in the city. Crab chowder is really good as well. So is the low country boil.
My screen name reflects a time when FSU was continually coming up with excuses for the rapist and their feral team's horrible behavior but the final straw was the rapist saying "if you want to be real with yourself the game could have really gone either way" after their 59-20 blow out which gave us the fantastic video of the rapist falling on his ass. Its good to know that the screen name is still reflective of who they still are after getting beat by 60 and him running his mouth. Once an ass always an ass although the meaning of "ass" can be complicated
Or stop at B and J's in Darien on the way up. Especially if you like 'em fried. Go early or be prepared to wait in line for about an hour on a weekend.
How did that game prove anything??? They were without pretty much every significant player on their team. I'm sorry but I like to be objective about things. That bunch absolutely deserved a CFP spot. You go 13-0 in a P5, plus play two OOC vs SEC and win them both (and both away from home), you deserve a spot. Lots of posters here need to take off their orange and blue glasses.
Whelp, that's because Edge is the debil! Article is okay. But 'screw them both' is well articulated surmises the sentiment. Go Gators.
The excuse from fsu faithful is that their best 24 were out and that would have made a significant difference. My opinion is that at best there would have been a 3 TD change +/- in each team's score. So my thinking is that fsu might have scored 24, georgia might have been held to 40ish. That said, can you think of a way to discover georgia's substitutions to see when kirby started playing seconds and thirds? georgia was still scoring in the 3rd and 4th and unlikely that was their 1s on the field at the time. Point being, even georgia's lower tier players were beating fsu.
Both teams were short the same amount of players. The mutts were playing their freshmen in the second quarter.
This is simply not true. And also, it's not just the number, it's who it was. FSU had 10 guys drafted and literally none of them played vs UGA. Not one. Even Kirby Smart said UGA had their guys while FSU didn't.
It is true. Both teams were short the same amount of players. 21, if I’m not mistaken. If fsu’s draft picks sat out, that’s on them. *27
Thanks for proving my point. UGA had all their guys that mattered except for one. I mean just on offense alone UGA had their top QB, top three WRs, top three RBs. FSU had none of those guys. Losing starters is a bit more costly than losing 3rd stringers. You don't agree? Also UGA did not have any official opt outs according to the ESPN post game.
Your point must have been that you were wrong. Both teams were short the same amount of players. If FSU's draft picks didn't want their team to get their ass kicked and think they could have made a difference, they should have played. Georgia had a better roster top to bottom and played the bottom of their roster the majority of the game as it was regardless of who was available.
Wow. The whole "They had their guys and we didn't have our guys" line by fsu was total BS when you lay the facts out like that. fsu players on the average have too often been quitters that cared very little about loyalty, finishing what they started, or even academics for that matter. This wasn't the Bad Boy Mowers Bowl; this was number 5 vs. number 6 in a NY Bowl that should have given them a chance to prove they belonged. Instead, they proved that they didn't.
What you quoted was a part of an article that I quoted in my post, not my writing... Just so you know.
