This may drive only me crazy. I subscribe to Josh Barro and Ken White's podcast Serious Trouble. I do so reluctantly because Ken is far smarter than I on federal criminal issues and analyzes Trump's issues in a way I have found reliable and fair. I despise Barro. Despite claiming to be left of center, and throat clearing to that effect, he constantly downplays the Trump risk, and did again in today's episode. There is nothing stopping him from testifying, only it would be a really bad idea from a legal standpoint as he is a perjury machine and would be subject to cross examination. Yet his followers will lap this BS up. smdh.
