While overdone the statement isn't completely inaccurate. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong since I'm not a Christian, it's my understanding that under a literal interpretation of Christian scripture acceptance of the divinity of Jesus is prerequisite to salvation and that means that anyone who practices Judaism will not be saved.

Yeah, look at NBC peddling conspiracy theories...

The Open Society Foundation, established by George Soros, has also given grants to Jewish Voice for Peace. A spokesperson said the foundation’s goal is to help establish lasting peace in the region.

Jewish Voice for Peace has organized hundreds of protests across the country with tens of thousands of participants since the invasion of Gaza. While its events are generally peaceful, it has come under criticism for some actions, including inviting convicted terrorist Rasmea Odeh to speak at a national event in 2017.

Odeh’s supporters say Israel tortured her into a false confession. Odeh was a founding member of the Chicago chapter of the U.S. Palestinian Community Network before U.S. officials deported her in 2017 for failing to disclose a terrorism conviction in Israel.

Stefanie Fox, Jewish Voice for Peace’s executive director, said people must think critically about the U.S. government’s history of applying the word “terrorism” to specific communities. “International law recognizes the rights of occupied peoples to resist their oppression, including through the use of force within clear parameters that always protect civilians in conflict,” Fox said.

    Who’s behind the pro-Palestinian protests in the U.S.? (nbcnews.com)

The Rockefellers are also mentioned in the article as well.

Correct. The OP undoubtedly believes that all jews will spend eternity in hell. I’ll take his non-response as confirmation of that unless he would like to correct me.

I understand there is a lot of conservative distrust for philanthropy, and certainly some far left stuff has received funding from large philanthropic organizations but that doesn’t mean there is some overall conspiracy. These organizations give hundreds of millions of dollars overall and then they give some to a group who’s stated mission is peace in the Middle East (sounds terrible…) and that group invites one controversial speaker and suddenly the whole philanthropic organization is under fire.

I mean I get it. Look at the Koch foundation, they have funded anti-civil rights groups and white supremacy groups for years. But I think it would be a big leap to say they are “behind” white supremacy. Just like it’s a big leap to say these foundations are “behind” the pro Gaza protests.

It’s not really about the Gazans, is it ?

I can't believe I have to explain what's happening here, but here goes. Elite students of Ivy League schools have glamorized oppression so much that they have now reached role play status to satisfy their fantasies. Here, the students have appropriated the suffering of Gazans and are cosplaying as living through humanitarian crisis. In their American make-believe story where Ivy League infrastructure sets the scene, the students play Gazans and the school administration plays Israel.

Israel (the school) is blocking their "basic humanitarian aid" in this play, and if they don't receive it soon, they will "die of thirst and starvation" (appropriating exact experiences of Gazans). They also destroy upper class buildings and claim them as "liberated" while the students repeat chants in zombie-like chorus, playing the roll of "freedom fighters" destroying Israeli infrastructure and claiming them freed. If I'm alive in a world where people don't see the levels of perversion in this, I give up.

You don't see this in lower tier schools from kids of lower socio-economic standing because they aren't plagued with the guilt of privilege that they're seeking to launder through Middle East role plays of feigned suffering. This is as first world dystopia as it gets.

Meanwhile, these Ivy League students who can have much more than a glass of water and as much food as their stomachs can take are commanding the attention of the media and the entire American audience, while actual Gazans who need humanitarian aid are ignored. I still have to pinch myself that people don't see this.

The protests are being organized and funded by and Hamas and its “marketing” arm

Here’s a quick release describing a lawsuit that was just filed against the terrorist instigators.

I think there’s four types of people that show up at protests. The first group are the true believers. Their heart and soul is really in this cause, and they feel deeply about it and want to do something good. Some of them might get overexcited and break into a building and liberate it and silly stuff like that. That gives them an adrenaline rush. I do not think these are the majority of protesters.

The second group are the observers. They wander over just to see what’s going on. They watched from a distance and don’t take part.

The largest group are there for the party. This is a community gathering, and maybe they’re out there with their friends. They do some chanting, high-fiving, and generally feel good about themselves for no particular reason other than they are there. Besides, it beats the mundaneness of schoolwork. This is by far the largest group.

The final group are the thugs. They come out to rumble and destroy things. It gives them an adrenaline rush.

Soros bills himself as a philanthropist, but what his philanthropy amounts to is his project to fix what he sees as the flaws in democracy. His philanthropy is his political project to influence elections in the United States and public opinion in ways he sees fit. His belief that what he is doing is philanthropy is sincere IMO, but he's an elite that thinks his gift to the world is his successful efforts to use his money and influence to change public opinion, which in turn change political outcomes. In his own eyes he's a philanthropist, but in reality he is an elite whose hobby is leftist social engineering.

I have never thought of the Kochs as philanthropists. In my mind they throw money around in politics in the same way as Soros does. I don't think they are involved in staging and manufacturing protest events like the organizations Open Societies funnels money to, though.
