The abuse of power to get Trump started with the democrats when he came down the escalator to announce his 1st presidential run. The charges now that have been brought have been coordinated with the White House. Most fair-minded people know what is going on. It has been factored in already. The unexpected consequence is that it has helped to galvanize a majority large enough to throw out the corrupt regime in Washington.

Democrats will say and do anything to attain and maintain power, nothing is out of bounds which going back to the OP is why the judiciary has been politized like never before.

TBH I had no idea Biden was even close to this badass. Orchestrating a lifetime supply of ass hammers for the cream of the GOP crop. Huge operation, multiple states, cases, indictments, has all the courts and nation's DA's on point, runs multiple agencies covering tens of thousands like a machine.

That does it. We need someone with this level of GetItDone in these times. We can't survive another four years of letting the last guy sit in his own fart clouds and rage out that the twitter.com tab someone favorited for him keeps redirecting him to a weak AF porn site.

So, the consumer fraud cases finding that Trump’s companies deceived consumers, which happened before Trump decided to run for office, was Biden-controlled? The bankruptcies filed by Trump companies, which happened before he decided to run for president, Biden-pulled puppet strings? Access Hollywood tape where Trump admits to abusive conduct? Biden did that. Serial adultery? That’s on Biden, too. Stealing from charities? Only Biden could have convinced Trump to cheat charities. Serial lawsuits for stiffing creditors, before, during and after the Presidency? Damn, Biden is a maniac!!!

This. I remember when Obama charged him with Illegal Escalatoring.*
*The charges were coordinated with the Biden White Hosue.

Why do you scurry away every time someone asks for you to substantiate this?

I’ve been very questionable about Biden’s performance before today. Now, knowing what that man has been doing for decades, he has my respect and admiration.

"Trumped" up charges to tie up and punish the political enemy of the state. Again, no democrat corrupt action to maintain power is too much.

You think Trump filing for bankruptcy is a “trumped up” charge? You think the myriad of consumer fraud cases surrounding his companies, again before he even took the oath of office, were “trumped up”? All of the lawsuits against him for stiffing creditors? Trumped up? You think his serial adultery is “trumped up”?

Honestly, I cannot imagine you really think that.

The terrible fact is that everyone includes themselves among the fair-minded, so whoever is on the outside of this group will be surprised to find themselves so located. Perhaps this includes myself, but I personally would not defend too staunchly the legal restraint of anyone who literally ran on a campaign of imprisoning his political rival. If it is possible for a man to break the law, it is possible for Trump to have broken the law. If his peers deem him not guilty, so be it. However, if they decide otherwise, so be it as well.

You mean Obama's weaponization of the IRS against organizations like these?
The I.R.S. denied tax exemption to the groups — Emerge Nevada, Emerge Maine and Emerge Massachusetts — because, the agency wrote in denial letters, they were set up specifically to cultivate Democratic candidates. Their Web sites ask for evidence that participants in their training programs are Democrats.
Political Advocacy Groups Denied Tax-Exempt Status (Published 2011)

Very few organizations were denied tax exemptions under Obama and it wasn't because they were Republican/conservative, it was because they were political. Maybe you should have actually done some research rather than falling for the Fox News/Republican narrative.
