The “United States of America” is 100% immigrants. But I’d be curious to know what major cities you think are 50% immigrant (presumably meaning illegal immigrants).

European culture is different. One of the complexities of them having a single trading block and freedom of movement more akin to the United States, is they had more bonafide cultural differences and language barriers between states. That is the trade off they made. Economic freedom vs “protecting culture”. Can’t really have it both ways in their arrangement. The U.S. has never been anything but a nation of immigrants (some not brought here voluntarily).

    In the context of GRT.

    Elitist globalist are mostly atheists.

...they continuously promote open borders, and actively seek to flood their countries with Islamic immigrants.

Smells an awful lot like an alliance, even if loose and informal.

    To what end?

She seemed to think it's a matter of snuffing out Christian culture.

I happen to think she makes a compelling enough case--a prima facie case in legal terms--to essentially require a substantive rebuttal.

(Iow...she got my attention, and I've been rather dismissive of CRT--certainly from the American vantage point anyway).

Let's table the US for a moment.

I was listening to her in context of Europe, where she listed several major cities that are already over 50% non-native stock.

Strikes me as a cultural time bomb waiting to detonate.

And there's a pretty significant difference wrt US, where most of our immigrants are Mexican or other Latin American Catholic Christians.

    Europe's immigrants are mostly Muslims.

Do you know what happens every single place Muslims get numbers?

They eliminate all other non-muslim cultures and/or peoples.

    By execution or conversion.

GOP's compass isn't set to Trump--thar would be the TDS infected Left, whose true North, is opposite Trump wherever that may lead them.

Notice who introduced Trump into the convo...

I think that has more to do with simple geography and the areas some of those European countries formerly colonized. The cheap labor that makes their economies go just happen to come from poor Muslim countries, just as ours tend to come from Latin American countries. Much more obvious than some dastardly plot where European elites align with …(checks notes)… Islamic fundamentalists to wipe out Christians for… (reasons). None of that makes any sense.

whatever an elitist globalist is, I’m not exactly sure, I don’t have evidence either way that a majority are atheists. I suspect it’s a mix. Is Biden a global elitist? He’s catholic. I suspect in reality Trump is either an atheist or pretty damn close to it.

There does seem to be some confusion and hypocrisy among some on the left with Islam, and instead of viewing it from a religious perspective and its potential dangers, they view it from a multicultural standpoint and ignore the minor inconvenient points that many Muslims do not support liberal values. They see hordes of immigrants who are suffering and seek to help them, without necessarily considering the impact of the culture or economic impact that could bring.

That said most developed countries are in a demographic death spiral and they need immigration to stay afloat, regardless of the cultural integration challenges.

This is just nonsense and has its roots in the anti semetic trope that rich Jews are aligning with immigrants and brown people to eliminate white Christians. It is just an idiotic sentiment.

It very well may be true that some left leaning parties are more supportive of immigration under the perception that immigrants are more likely to vote left than right. That is cynical and self serving, but it’s a far cry from the ridiculous replacement theory.

Europe and the US have both been less and less religious over the decades. This has been accompanied by lower birth rates. It's a natural phenomenon of industrialization.

But economies need labor. And with more educated, and less native born populations, immigration is a necessity. And while immigrants can come from all over, it makes sense the closer the country of origin, the more immigrants from that country. Muslims are generally from countries close to Europe, whereas we get immigrants from Mexico and all points south.

And this replacement BS is nonsense. It's the same crap 150 years ago when businesses put NINA (No Irish Need Apply), the send blacks back to Africa movement, and why the St. Louis wasn't allowed to dock in the US. Nativitist, anti immigration fascism. Pure and simple. People are scared of those who look or pray differently, and make them out to be evil, criminals, and the cause of all a country's problems.

It's how Hitler gained power, blaming the Jews. And we see Trump gaining power by blaming Hispanic immigrants. It's both frightening and sad that we beat Fascism in WWII, in large part because of our diversity with the Navajo Code Talkers. And now, there is a big group willing to embrace the Fascim and vote for a Fascist!

Wow, I wonder how many of you guys made it through the night, you guys got extremely worked up. She gave a great speech, and this isn't racism and you most of you know this.
This bothers you because it's true and countries are being ruined. Immigration is good when done in moderation. The only people that try to paint me as a racist on TH are the far left wackos who are always angry and blame their pathetic lives on everybody else. I also think they're the true racist.

Racism is a form of prejudice that generally includes negative emotional reactions to members of a group, acceptance of negative stereotypes, and racial discrimination against individuals; in some cases it can lead to violence.

Discrimination refers to the differential treatment of different age, gender, racial, ethnic, religious, national, ability identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic, and other groups at the individual level and the institutional/structural level. Discrimination is usually the behavioral manifestation of prejudice and involves negative, hostile, and injurious treatment of members of rejected groups.

You're describing yourself and many others here on TH. Feel free to self-discipline yourself and leave. You and others are just mad since you can't force your opinions and views on myself and others. Racism isn't what it used to be, you and others are trying to change that definition just like you're trying to convince others a man can be a woman. You were wrong then and your wrong now.
