Tread carefully. It is necessary to hold the line and acknowledge that sin is sin and that it is heinous. We are liars if we say sin is not sin and it is not heinous. However, we enter into a whole different territory, Pharisaical territory in fact, when we posit those people over there have sinned and broken the 10 commandments, but we have not. Someone who does that demonstrates they are not a Christian because that is what it means when "his word is not in us."

Everyone in politics is a sinner. Some politely seek to proliferate sin without bound through the policies they push, the laws they pass, and their evil schemes to fund institutions to proliferate Godlessness in society. Others may not push evil policies, laws, and schemes to give hordes of money for evil causes, but it might manifest itself on a more personal level. All of these things should be acknowledged as sinful and heinous. We should not be selective in acknowledging sin as sin.

 

The article in the OP does not acknowledge all of those details. I can agree it was not smart to write about it in a book. That was low hanging fruit for the filth and the scum in the MSM that are more interested in writing hit pieces to get their candidates elected and smear the candidates they don't want to get elected.

I have never said that I thought Trump was a Christian. He is not a Christian, and Joe Biden is not a Christian. So, what we have is a choice between two people who are not Christians. One is more polite, but deliberately anti-Christian in his policies whilst claiming he is a Christian. One represents a party that unapologetically and proudly boasts of the blood of millions that is on their hands. They also have aligned with groups who say their public goal is to destroy the nuclear family, which is a foundational pillar of society. They also want to convince children that sexual deviancy is normal and to be celebrated. The other candidate does not support all of that stuff, but he is not Christian at all in his behavior or speech.

Not good options for sure heading into an election year, but I don't think our nation deserves to have good candidates given the sins of our nation. Any shortcomings our leaders possess is what we deserve for spitting at heaven and turning our backs on God.

If Noem was a Democrat we:d be hearing how an animal that was a danger to the public was humanely put down by a brave little girl.

If Russia didn't invade Ukraine those 750,000 would still be alive. As far as Noem is concerned and it's already been stated she had alternatives to killing the dog and even if she did have no choice it takes a sick mind to delight in performing the act.

 

People like Pence and Huckabee cannot win the Presidency in this country. And that is one of the signs of judgment on our country. A true Christian has not been electable in this country for the last 15 years. I would honestly be shocked if a Christian ever held the White House again in this country.

The criteria has been declared for who is a Christian and who is not a Christian. We either choose to believe that, or we choose not to believe that.
