There have been dozens of NC polls with Trump up 2-3%. The linked poll is clearly flawed. +10%. Sure.

 

Lol... Biden is NOT winning in North Carolina. That is a Dem's pipe dream.

 

I'm wary of proclamations regarding Biden having no chances. The media and the DNC will not go down without a fight. I think a lot will happen between now November, and a lot of it will be wargamed and/or scripted. I don't have any idea what that entails or what it will look like, but the DNC and MSM operate at a very high strategic level in information warfare. They are very skilled in their craft of population/voter manipulation.

 

Who is to say they haven't been doing it for years? BLM, COVID, and 1/6 are all examples of what I am talking about. The DNC knows how to manufacture votes. They know how to stir up divisions. They know how to wage a political propaganda war. The propaganda arm of the DNC might be the most powerful force that determines elections in this nation.

 

I find it rather fascinating they now we believe polls again when our guy is winning.

 

Unless we keep the drop boxes out until they find "new" votes.

And 8 years ago, Hillary Clinton was up 4 points at this point. Still lots of time, and the one thing the current Trump trial is doing is reminding the American public just what kind of sleazebag Trump is.

 

Possibly. I think you underestimate the DNC's and the MSM's ability to actually script out what they want in the news cycle over the next year. They've had 3 years to plan what the news is going to be this year. We've entered a point in time where they can essentially choose what they want the news to be at any point in time. If they wanted another George Floyd this year, then they could go out and find it and make that dominate the news cycle over the next year. If they wanted a story as high profile as George Floyd, except they want it to be a pregnant woman who was unable to get an abortion for (insert whatever reason they think will stoke the most national outrage), then they can literally make that happen. They could go recruit a woman ahead of time (planning for the 2024 election cycle), and they could tell her to get pregnant at a very specific point in time so she could be the feature story of this election cycle.

The DNC has the power to choose the news. What happens in the news this year will be what the DNC chose the news to be (within certain limitations). And that is what power looks like. If you can control the news cycle, then you can heavily influence an election.

I really think this is going to tighten up more than the op thinks it is heading into the actual election. As it stands now trump, despite his very obvious flaws, looks like the presumptive favorite. I think it’s funny that people are claiming the msm is good at info warfare when right wing media has basically brainwashed half the country but to each their own I guess.
