Well, if liberals keep control of the federal government we’ll likely see a new refundable federal income tax credit from the …... “Fast Food Cost Affordability Act”. This will be paired with a special refundable federal income tax credit for students ….. “The Anti-Semitic Demonstrator Cost Recovery Credit”.
Good lord. Get the free app. You can easily delete it later. It takes seconds. That’s how I found the actual prices in my neighborhood. Again, Fairfax. Ludicrously expensive here. I checked again, $5.19 (with the cheese.) And still $4.89 two miles away. $8.39 for the medium meal (at the higher cost one.) $9.29 for the large meal. $8.89 for the medium including tax. $9.85 for the large with tax. Save a buck or so at the cheaper one. I randomly chose the one at 14 E 47th St in Manhattan. I bet things there are expensive. Alas: $6.19. But as phil suggested, $11.59 for the medium meal. $12.69 for the large. That one does indeed essentially double the price for the meal. You don’t have to guess or search frantically for links. Frankly I doubt there is a single zip code that approaches $10 now that I have looked at two markets I know are unaffordable. But give me one, I’ll do all the hard work for you!
That sounds about right, $11.19 in my market, the sandwich by itself is $7.49. Looks like Burger King is abusing its customers on those drink and fry markups.
I picked the one where my mom lives (Wise, VA.) $5.19, $9.69. BTW, if you add the sandwich, medium fries, and medium soda independently: $9.67. And while that one is basically half the price as the claim, it is also a healthy markup approaching 100% with the meal.
Prices generally rise. But one president of the three is responsible for an inordinate amount of inflation while the other two have very pedestrian inflation numbers. Gee, I wonder which one sticks out like a sore thumb. I’ll give you a hint: he needs help finding his way off stage regularly.
13th Street in DC, a couple blocks from the WH: $6.19, $10.19 $12.07 if you add them independently. At least you get a “discount” for the bundle.
You looked at the chart in the study and you saw that McDonalds increased prices significantly more during Biden's term than during the previous two presidents?
Let’s cut the shit. Do you actually think Joe Biden will get inflation back to normal levels in the next four years or would you prefer to place your confidence elsewhere?
I take then that you looked at the chart, saw the McDonalds prices increased more during Trump and decided to change the subject? Good call. And, yes, I have more confidence in Biden to do what's best for the country than I have in Trump.
Made a giant baked ziti tonight and a baked spaghetti. Froze the ziti. Not very expensive and I know exactly what is in it. One of my great joys is cooking for the family.
