lol just stop. You're projecting at this point and have no idea what you're talking about including the reason for the trial. The least you could do is read the charges
Wrong, your use of the word projecting is erroneous. And this nothingburger-case is all bout clerical errors.
He should also probably try the defense of 34 separate "clerical errors." Should go well, I'd suspect. People will likely believe that he accidentally made the same clerical error across 34 documents of a variety of types.
Trump crimes happen all the time. There have only been four indictments in order not to overwhelm the justice system.
No, an error is accidental. Purposefully filling out documents in a manner that is false is not an error. I still think he should try that as a defense. It will go very well, I am sure.
Errors happen and they themselves are not crimes. I never read a set of blueprint that didn't have errors, are we to call that a crime too? I'll be there are many other examples of errors that you are trying to call a crime.
I really don't know how you don't understand the difference between an error (by definition, accidental) and a purposeful act. It really isn't hard.
Just because there is a cartoon that states that doesn't make it true, AND Russia and China don't count.
So, if you prove that error is purposeful it's a crime in an of itself? Was the state of New York defrauded? Was the city of New York defrauded out of money/revenue? If there is NO UNDERLYING DEFRAUD there is no crime. It's just a clerical error. IOW, incorrect paper work in and of itself, without an underlying crime, IS NOT A CRIME... just a clerical error.
One can't prove that an "error" is purposeful. An error is, by definition, not purposeful (the definition of the term is a "mistake"). If somebody creates false documents on purpose, it is, again, by definition, not an error and is a crime. See the crime that I linked for you earlier.
Why do you bother Rick? It used to make me laugh when I bantered back and forth with the alt left posters here (especially with regards to Hunter's laptop) but I found better things to do and don't even bother. It's not funny anymore, it's just sad. You would be well served to do the same.
He should definitely try to claim that he accidentally made 34 clerical errors on a bunch of documents. I suspect that will go well. Perhaps you can let his team know of your brilliant legal strategy.
Lol.. clerical errors are often repeated from the first one on. once the bank took that paperwork, and okayed it, they took responsibility for that error or those errors.
Yes, you should definitely let them know of your brilliant strategy to claim that two different general ledgers, invoices, and checks from two different entities were all just repeated. It is air-tight!
Anybody who believes this is anything but a political prosecution is a schmuck. Too many left-leaning attorneys saying as much.
