Trump was in the White House for an entire year of covid. North Carolina was in the middle of the pack and guess what? Two months into Biden, March 2021, after the vaccinations started to get in place, NC was pretty much back to operating normal with some mask and relaxed capacity rules. Even the movies had been opened since August 2020, the 3rd and 4th quarter GDP had been highly positive. Your memory is faulty. Willfully or by accident my man.
