I thought it might be nice to see the roster coming together, with the distribution of positions. #s are just a count for the 13-scholarship slots. I'm counting Headband Jr. & Richard as Gators until informed otherwise. Am I missing anyone?

    1. Michah Handlogten - C
    2. Rueben Chinleyu - C
    3. Sam Alexis - PF
    4. Alex Condon - PF
    5. Thomas Haugh - SF
    6. Will Richard - SF
    7. Walter Clayton Jr. - SG
    8. Alijah Martin - SG
    9. Isaiah Brown - SG
    10. Denzel Aberdeen - PG
    11. Kajus Kublickas - PG
    -- Olivier Rioux - C (walk-on)

    Transfered Out
    Riley Kugel
    Alex Szymczyk

Barring a Richard or Clayton departure, we have only one scholarship available. As it is, I see one glaring question about this team. What do you think that is?

We have 2 spots available right now. You didn't include Isaiah Brown, but included Lloyd and Rioux. Neither Lloyd nor Rioux impact scholarship numbers this season.

I edited it before you posted this :). So Rioux is walking on? For realz? Is he just rich, or was there no other program willing to give the tallest kid in the world a scholly?

IIRC from the article I read he had one scholly offer at a very small school. UC-Irvine. He chose to walk on at Florida to have a better chance at development with a bigger program with better facilities it seems.

Not so much the traditional part, but the lack of an established PG appears to be the one glaring issue.

It would be nice to hear something from the staff about Rishwain.

I imagine it's a wait and see thing that depends on scholarship availability. I don't anticipate him returning since we haven't heard anything, especially with the prospect of Handlogten potentially not playing. But I personally would love to have him back as a spot shooter off the bench.

It’s all conjecture at this stage. No one knows how his body will heal or how far behind he will be when it does. I am not counting on him at all this year. If he makes it back, that is a major bonus.
