I'm all for secure drop boxes, voter ID and no mass mailings of ballots but I think they should also have a crew of plumbers on standby in places like Fulton county. Just sayin.

Anyone have any good family legends? I have a few. My great uncle Lutz took some flak and broke formation in his bomber over Germany. Heading back and lost, he and his crew saw a bunch of lights go out "all at the same time" over an open field. So they unloaded their bombs and there was a terrific explosion. Speculation was a German oil depot, he got decorated. (The official report showed a well planned bombing run.) My great uncle "Sneaky Pete" also served ... about 20 years in the crowbar hotel. Among his exploits, he stole a fully loaded semi truck that was never found. There is a field near Belle Glade where it is rumored he cut the whole thing up and buried it piecemeal. Either way, the truck was never found. Cannibalized ...
I have an Indonesian friend that insisted on visiting New Guinea and talking to a group of cannibals and finding out why they did what they did. Let's just say: they take their revenge personally, so you don't want to piss them off. I don't believe I would be so fearless (or inquisitive) to go looking for cannibals. My friend grew up hunting wild boar with a spear, before he became an engineer, so there is that. (Western) Malaysia is as close as I ever came to New Guinea, and I didn't see anything more dangerous than a green bamboo snake.

This thread is about Joe Biden, who has clearly lost it, making up another bizarre story but somehow you and others are now debating whether or not there was fraud in the 2020 election? Poor Uncle Ambrose’s body was eaten by New Guinea cannibals? You can’t make this stuff up but somehow good ole Joe never fails to embellish. And since I know you will bring Trump into this, yes he also is losing it but just not as quickly as Biden. Either way, it is scary to think about the mental capacity of either four-plus years from now when their term is coming to an end.
I've got some pretty famous legends on my father's side but they are mostly well backed up in the history books. My great grandmothers family was pretty famous in West Virginia back in the day.

I don’t know that it’s necessarily evidence of “losing it” (although I don’t disagree that he has). Making up obviously false anecdotes about himself and his personal history has kind of been a trademark of Joe Biden for a pretty good while, even when he still “had it.”
I feel for Joe Biden. His uncle being eaten by cannibals must have devastated him. But I come from a long line of strong men. Cannibals also tried to eat my grandfather, but he turned the tables on them and ate the cannibals. That's how we do it.
