I wonder how many transgender soldiers are competing in the Best Ranger competition at Fort Monroe. I am curious if each team is required to have a certain number of transgender soldiers on it. If the answer is zero and I am pretty sure it probably is than I say it's nice to see something coming from the military we can all be proud of for a change.

I don't hate the Military, I love the Military . In fact I served in the Military during one of our wars....did you??? Lately I see stories about the Military build up of our enemies and that worries me. The biggest stories I see about our Military is about the importance of transgender enlistment. Our Military is designed to protect our homeland and I am curious if all those new transgender enlistments are doing just that. I have a transgender member of my own family and I have great love for them. I asked a simple question about the participation of transgenders during the Best Ranger competition because shouldn't they also show their ability to fight. You are the one that takes offense by an actual fact.
If we already have both men and women in the military, why wouldn't a transgender soldier have the ability to fight?
Look if you have great pride in a fighting force that can't fight than so be it. I am pretty sure I am not alone when I say that having a quality fighting force makes a lot of us proud.
Maybe they can and that's why I ask how many are competing in one of the most prestigious military competitions we have. If the answer is zero doesn't that speak volumes towards answering your question.

Really? That's the biggest news issue you see regarding our military? Honest questions; do YOU really think that is an important issue? I'm pretty sure our military totals over 2 million people. How many of them do you think are transgender? Do you really think our military cannot fight because of....transgender people? Next, after you honestly answer those questions.....perhaps you need to evaluate and change your sources of news and information? Because they're feeding you information that is garbage?
I understand you want to be politically correct here. I am not speaking bad about transgender people but I do not understand that so much money is spent on transgender enlistments. When I see an ad for the inclusion of transgenders I never hear about what great fighters they make. I do see women in the competition. I have yet to see one transgender competitor. Just like I don't believe men should be competing against women in sports I also believe transgender soldiers might not strengthen our military. If I am wrong than competitions like "Best Ranger" would be a perfect place to show their fighting ability. I am just curious how many Transgenders are competing.

I don't want to be politically correct at all. I have zero opinion on transgenders in the military and have literally never thought about it until this thread. And I don't care one way or the other, to be honest. What I don't seem to understand is why you think only a soldier who competes in the Ranger Competition is worthy of being deemed to have the ability to protect our country. And there presumably being no transgender competitors is proof of their inability to defend our country. Seems your opinion of what a worthy soldier is is limited to someone with a certain skill set and nobody else. If a transgender soldier was an incredible pilot or sniper would you think they had an "ability" to help defend our country?
Honest answer. Recently transgender enlistment has been a huge vocal point from General Milley and Lloyd Austin on down. Does it not concern you that our biggest enemies in the world are doing a military build up in unprecedented numbers while we worry about getting rid of soldiers that won't take the Covid vaccination or a push for transgender enlistment? Maybe the transgender community is made up of some of the best fighters in the country. If that is true let's see what they have. The "Best Ranger" competition is a real platform to see what they can do. All I asked in this post was how many transgender soldiers are competing. My information comes from what I see with my own eyes. You must agree that anyone of us can find a source to defend our position. Our media is so partisan right now that relying on most of it is a fools errand. Honest question.. Where do you get the majority of your news and information from? I suspect that the percentage is pretty high it is from left leaning sources and that information is made up of a lot of garbage!!!.
