He admitted it, IMO. He wrote a book called "If I did it : Confessions of a Killer", but publishers refused to publish it. It was, according to OJ, a hypothetical look into how he would pulled off the murders, had he been the guilty one. The Goldman Family was awarded rights to the book in OJs bankruptcy and made it available. If I Did It: Confessions of the Killer - Wikipedia Edit... actually, the "confessions of the killer" part was added by the Goldmans, the original title was just "If I Did It".
Yep, prosecution being outclassed by the defense attorneys combined with Mark Fuhrmans perjury overrode the facts.
I lived in L.A. throughout the whole drama and (later) the Kardashians were our neighbors. Crazy times. Such racial polarity in the city with the riots and then OJ; things eventually got better after that trial was over. I never talked to anyone who thought he was innocent. Always think back on that ad: "Brutal, Juice."
There was a significant amount of circumstantial evidence to convict if you had an impartial jury. Fuhrman’s perjury was damaging but the real blunder was the glove. Loaded with dried blood that made the leather shrink, along with Orenthal wearing thick rubber gloves to prevent “contamination, the glove test became a cluster. Did prosecutors think to purchase a pair of the same make/model/size of gloves and have him put the gloves on without having to use rubber gloves, NO! Marcia Clarke and her assistant were terrible!!
