    I don't know for sure, but I agree that most younger folks probably do not have a fixed private pension anymore as very few companies have done this in the past 20 years or so. But we are talking about boomers and during their career, pensions were much more a part of the benefits package for employees. I think are more seniors today on fixed income then ever. I am actually born in 66 so I guess I'm not a boomer but am fortunate that I have a pension as well as a strong 401K so hopefully in the next 5 years to retire that we should be fine.

    If you want to dispense life lessons, it might come across as more authoritative if you dont call yourself "snatchmagnet" while doing it. Maybe thats what they call you in your hippie boomer love den?

    I went by memory and got that wrong. The most consequential thing he did was lower the maximum tax rate from 70% to 37%. Congress has never changed that.
