Players hit the portal and go to teams immediately. He’s well connected so I’m sure coaches talk. No different than guys here who know people on the inside. Saying there will be movement during the portal window influenced by NIL money is not saying anything.

 

But saying that coaches already know who are leaving for the portal and that they already know who they’re getting from the portal is very different. You can believe what you wanna believe and so can I. I believe coaches are tampering the shit out of other teams and deals are already made.

 

I believe all of that without mr clean telling me. He added nothing to the conversation other than telling us he knows more than we do, he just can’t tell us what.

 

He telling us he has first hand knowledge of what I or you believe. He could just make it up and seem to have firsthand knowledge but it’s not a stretch by any means. Many have firsthand knowledge

 

The court order, as I understood it, temporarily enjoined the NCAA from enforcing their transfer rules other than the portal windows but even that could also be challenged. The injunction's success indicates that the court believes that the NCAA will ultimately lose in the underlying case. It’s not diffcult to see why a transfer free for all would follow particularly in such a competitive environment with large coaching salaries at stake and some deep pockets looking for public adoration

 

There was not a ruling. There was a temporary injunction which the NCAA made moot by announcing that they would not enforce any of the rules around transfers such as having to sit out a certain period of time until the court case was over. I don't think there has been a conclusion to the case yet.
